# The lowest monthly premium amount is HKD56. Calculation is based on the premium for Plan A with a 20% discount and an apartment with a gross floor area of 500 square feet or less.
Remarks:
1.	An extra one-month premium waiver in the first policy year is offered to customers who successfully enrol in the Home Care Plan via online or the enrolment hotline 2998 9888 (applicable to both the annual and monthly premium payment modes; the third month’s premium will be waived for the monthly premium payment mode).
Terms and Conditions for the offers:
•	The promotion period is from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
•	If customers cancel the Home Care Plan after 15 days from receiving the policy, QBE General Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited will apply the customary short period rate to the premium for the time the policy has been in force according to the policy provision (e.g. QBE General Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited may refund the paid premium for the uninsured months under the annual premium payment mode).
•	QBE General Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited and Hang Seng Bank Limited reserve the right to suspend, vary or discontinue the promotion offers, and amend the relevant promotion offers, and terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decisions of QBE General Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited and Hang Seng Bank Limited shall be final.
