At Hang Seng Bank, we proactively protect the environment by offering quick and convenient Hang Seng e-Statement / e-Advice Service(1) to our customers throughout the years. Customer can simply logon to the Hang Seng Personal e-Banking anytime and anywhere with your mobile phones and computers to view or download your e-Statement / e-Advice(2). To allow you to enjoy the convenience, we will automatically register your Credit Card / Spending Card / Private Label Card accounts for e-Statement / e-Advice Service. The following new arrangements will be introduced from 9 July 2017 ("Effective Date"):

Corresponding paper statements / advices will not be sent to you by post thereafter. Please be reminded to check the e-Statements of your Credit Card / Private Label Card accounts upon release and settle the payment before the payment due date or take the appropriate action, so as to avoid late charges and any extra finance charges.

You can refer to following steps to view your e-Statement / e-Advice:

Step 1

Logon to Personal e-Banking > e-Services > e-Statement / e-Advice

Step 2

Select "Cards" tag > Select Account No. and Period > Click "Update"

Step 3

Click the subject file to open e-Statement / e-Advice

You will receive a FREE SMS(7) and a FREE email reminder when any new e-Statement of your Card account(s) is available.

Forgot your Personal e-Banking user name or password?

If you forgot your user name, please contact our Customer Service Hotline on 2822 0228 (Press "5" > "1" > "1" > "8" after language selection).


If you forgot your password, input your user name on the logon page as usual and click "Forgot your password?". Then follow the screen instructions to reset your password.

How to update your personal contact information?

You can update / provide us with your email address and mobile phone number(8) for receiving the reminders. Simply logon to Personal e-Banking > Customer Services > Account Maintenance > Personal Particulars to update your contact information (Security Device is required for updating your telephone number online. If you do not have a Security Device, please complete the Change Contact Information Form and return to any of our branches). Please visit hangseng.com/estatement for more details.

If you wish to continue receiving paper statements for your Card account(s) or do not accept the Terms and Conditions of e-Statement / e-Advice Service, please logon to Personal e-Banking > Customer Services > Account Maintenance > Account List and maintain e-Statement / e-Advice, in "New Arrangements for the Hang Seng e-Statement / e-Advice Service" section to select receiving paper statement before the Effective Date.
