To enjoy the Offers, customers must settle the payment with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card but excluding USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, UnionPay RMB Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards (“Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card(s)”) and indicate to use the above offers during advance reservation and before ordering.
The offers are applicable to Hang Seng UnionPay Credit Card Customers only at outlets accepting UnionPay Credit Card for payment.
Unless otherwise specified, offers are applicable to participating outlets in Mira Place only.
Advance reservation may be required. Some offers are applicable to designated outlets and are not applicable to designated dates and number of diners. Please check with the Merchants for details.
The offers are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, coupons, cash coupons, cake coupons or membership benefits/ VIP cards/ VIP bonus point programs of the merchants (unless otherwise specified).
Promotional/ redemption/ gift items are only available while stock lasts for selected offers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions of Mira Place 2 Hours Free Parking Offer:

During the Promotion Period, customer is entitled to enjoy 2 hours free parking upon same-day single net spending of HKD800 or above at all Food & Beverage Merchants at Mira Place with eligible Hang Seng Credit Card (“Free Parking Offer”). This offer does not apply to shops under Retail food / Wine / Lifestyle Department Stores category.
To enjoy the Free Parking Offer, customers must be registered as Mira Place member. To learn more about Mira Place membership and related terms and conditions, please visit www.miraplace.com.hk/en/mira-place-membership.
Customers are required to register and redeem the offer on the day of transaction at Concierge, G/F, Mira Place 1, by presenting same-day machine-printed receipt issued by merchant, corresponding electronic payment slip and eligible Hang Seng Credit Card upon registration. The register and the cardholder must be the same person. Mira Place Concierge is opened from 11am to 11pm daily.
Customers could enjoy the Free Parking Offer once per day.
Customers is required to present the valid same day original machine-printed receipts with clear merchants’ name and transaction date for verification purposes. Staff of Mira Place reserves the right to photocopy and stamp on the receipts and registers the information for verification purposes if necessary.
Spending amount is based on the actual payment, i.e. total spending excludes discounts/ credit card rebates/cash coupons/vouchers; for cash instalment/deposits, only amount settled on the date of transaction counts. Receipts of monthly bills, mobile SIM card recharge, cash coupon or voucher purchase and any EPS cash withdrawal/transfer are not accepted.
Spending amount excludes receipts of membership payments, tickets (including but not limited to concert tickets), purchases or transactions at banks, tuition, Gold Saving Club, insurance, broker fees, package tours, medical services, currency exchange, parking fees, accommodation or conference room rental, rental of exhibition venue or promotional venue at the mall and banquets (bookings of 5 tables or above).
Unless otherwise specified, receipts of any purchases or transaction through email or phone orders, online shopping, mobile APP, Mira e-Shop and merchants of Mira Place Tower A are not accepted.
This free parking promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other free parking promotions, and cannot be used in conjunction with the free parking hour(s) redeemed through “e-PARKING”.
