W HONG KONG Birthday Privilege Terms and Conditions:

• Birthday Privilege (the "Privilege") is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2020.
• Upon presentation of the birthday voucher ("voucher") issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and settle full payment with Hang Seng Visa Infinite Card or Hang Seng Private Banking Visa Infinite Card, customer can enjoy the Privilege at designated restaurants of W HONG KONG (the "Merchant"), including KITCHEN or Sing Yin Cantonese Dining once during the customer's birthday month in 2020.
• The Privilege is not applicable to KITCHEN breakfast buffet, Sunday brunch and Sing Yin Cantonese Dining other special offers.
• The Privilege is applicable to a 2-12 persons and can only be used once per table per visit.
• A complimentary birthday cake is only applicable to KITCHEN with booking of minimum 2 persons and requires reservation 2-day in advance.
• A complimentary house red wine is applicable to Sing Yin Cantonese Dining with a booking of minimum 4 persons.
• Advance reservation is required and is subject to availability of the Merchant.
• To be eligible for the Privilege, customer is required to mention the use of the Privilege upon reservation.
• The Privilege is applicable to dine-in orders only.
• 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) will be applicable to the Privilege.
• The Privilege at Sing Yin Cantonese Dining is only applicable from Monday to Friday.
• Unless otherwise specified, the Privilege is not applicable to public holidays, public holiday's eves, festive days and eves. Customer is required to check with the Merchant for details.
• The Privilege is not applicable to banqueting, wedding banquets, VIP rooms or private room, discounted set meal, special promotion item, cigars, beverages, bottled liquor / wine, tickets / coupons / vouchers, valet parking privileges, delivery service, take-away, or dates designated by the Merchant.
• Unless otherwise specified, the Privilege is not transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers of the Merchant.
• Upon closure of the Merchant, the Privilege shall be terminated immediately.
• The original voucher will be collected by the hotel staff from the customer upon arrival once redeemed.
• Expired, defaced, altered and copied vouchers are invalid and any claim for loss will not be entertained.
• All food and services related to the Privilege is directly sold and supplied to customer by the Merchant, who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
• Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, vary or terminate the Privilege at any time, and to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
• No person other than the customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
• These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
• The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

The Mira Hong Kong Birthday Privilege Terms and Conditions:

• Birthday Privilege (the "Privilege") is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2020.
• Upon presentation of the birthday voucher ("voucher") issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and settle full payment with Hang Seng Visa Infinite Card or Hang Seng Private Banking Visa Infinite Card, customer can enjoy the Privilege at designated restaurants of The Mira Hong Kong (the "Merchant") including Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira, Yamm or WHISK once during the customer's birthday month in 2020.
• The Privilege is applicable to dine-in orders only.
• The Privilege is applicable to 2 to 12 diners, and can only be used once per table per visit.
• The Privilege is not applicable on black-out dates as designated by the Merchant from time to time. Customer is required to check with the Merchant for details.
• The Privilege is required to be reserved 3 days in advance and subject to availability of the Merchant.
• To be eligible for the Privilege, customer is required to mention the use of the Privilege upon reservation and ordering.
• The original voucher will be collected by the hotel staff from the customer upon arrival.
• Expired, defaced, altered and copied vouchers are invalid and any claim for loss will not be entertained.
• The Privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other products, services or offers.
• In case of renovation or change of operation hours in any of the designated restaurants, the Privileges will not be available. Please check with the Merchant for details.
• Upon closure of the Merchant, the Privilege shall be terminated immediately.
• All food and services related to the Privilege is directly sold and supplied to the customer by the Merchant who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.

MiraSpa Birthday Privilege Terms and Conditions:

• Birthday Privilege (the "Privilege") is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2020.
• Upon presentation of the birthday voucher ("voucher") issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and settle full payment with Hang Seng Visa Infinite Card or Hang Seng Private Banking Visa Infinite Card, customer can enjoy the Privilege at MiraSpa (the "Merchant") once during the customer's birthday month in 2020.
• The Privilege is only applicable from Monday to Friday (9am-6pm and last appointment time at 5pm for all a-la-carte treatments) and not applicable on black-out dates as designated by the Merchant from time to time. Customer is required to check with the Merchant for details.
• The Privilege is required to be reserved 3 days in advance and subject to availability of the Merchant. Any change of the Privilege will be subject to the details of the Privilege at the time of patronage. Customer is required to check with the Merchant for details.
• To be eligible for the Privilege, customer is required to mention the use of the Privilege upon reservation.
• Any amendment / cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the booking, otherwise a full treatment fee will be charged to the Card(s) provided.
• All treatments are subject to 10% service charge.
• 10% discount offer is not applicable to promotional sets or selected items.
• The original voucher will be collected by the hotel staff from the customer upon arrival.
• Expired, defaced, altered and copied vouchers are invalid and any claim for loss will not be entertained.
• The Privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other products, services or offers.

Mira Dining Birthday Privilege Terms and Conditions:

• Birthday Privilege ("the Privilege") is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2020.
• Upon presentation of the birthday voucher ("voucher") issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and settle full payment with Hang Seng Visa Infinite Card or Hang Seng Private Banking Visa Infinite Card, customer can enjoy the Privilege at Miramar Group (the "Merchant") including Assaggio Trattoria Italiana or Tsui Hang Village once during the customer’s birthday month in 2020.
• The Privilege can only be used once per table per visit.
• Customer is required to make reservation 2 days in advance and quote "Hang Seng Birthday Privilege" over the phone while making reservation to enjoy the Privilege via Merchant’s hotline. The Privilege is subject to availability of the Merchant.
• Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the reservation.
• The Privilege is not applicable on black-out dates. Customer is required to check with the Merchant for details.
• The Privilege is subject to 10% service charge, tea and condiment charges (if applicable), and are calculated based on original price.
• Unless otherwise specified, the Privilege is not transferrable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or offers, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, dining cash voucher, Mira Plus Card, special promotion menu or other banks’ credit card birthday offers of the Merchant.
• In case of renovation, change of operation hours or closure of any of the designated restaurants, the Privileges will not be available. Please check with the Merchant for details.
• Upon closure of the Merchant, the relevant Privilege shall be terminated immediately.
• The original voucher will be collected by the restaurant staff from the customer upon arrival.
• Expired, defaced, altered and copied vouchers are invalid and any claim for loss will not be entertained.
• All food and services related to the Privilege is directly sold and supplied to the customer by the Merchant who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
• Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, vary or terminate the Privilege at any time, and to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Yan Toh Heen Birthday Privilege Terms and Conditions:

• The promotion period of the birthday privilege ("the Privilege") is valid from 1 January 2020 to 31 January 2021. The Privilege is valid within the birthday month of the customer in 2020 and the following month.
• Upon presentation of the birthday voucher ("voucher") issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng"), and settle full payment with Hang Seng Visa Infinite Card or Hang Seng Private Banking Visa Infinite Card, customer can enjoy the offers at Yan Toh Heen (the "Merchant") once.
• The Privilege is subject to availability and black-out dates, including 1 & 25 to 26 January, 14 February, Mother's Day (10 May), Father's Day (21 June), 24 to 26, 31 December 2020, 1 January, 2021 and any fireworks nights.
• Advance reservation is required.
• All prices are subject to 10% service charge.
• All listed menu pricing, except the Hang Seng's exclusive menus, are subject to change in 2020.
• Restaurant offers or this Privilege will not be available when there are special wine dinners or guest's chef promotional menus served in the designated restaurants on certain dates, and in private rooms.
• Unless otherwise specified, the Privilege is not transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, dining certificate or any membership benefits of the Merchant.
• Upon closure of the Merchant, the Privilege shall be terminated immediately.
• The original voucher will be collected by the hotel staff from the customer upon arrival.

• Birthday Privilege (the "Privilege") is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2020.
• Upon presentation of the birthday voucher ("voucher") issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng"), and settle full payment with Hang Seng Visa Infinite Card or Hang Seng Private Banking Visa Infinite Card, customer can enjoy the offers at Fook Lam Moon (the "Merchant") once during the customer’s birthday month in 2020.
• The Privilege is not applicable on 22-24 January, 9-10 May, 20-21 June, 1 October and 21 December 2020.
• Reservation must be made at least 1 day in advance. Customers are required to state the redemption of “Hang Seng Credit Card Birthday Privilege” when making reservation and prior to ordering.
• The offer is for dine-in consumption of the specified Tasting Menu. 10% service charge and tea/condiments charges apply.
• The set menu is for a minimum order of 2 persons and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• The Privilege can only be redeemed once within the Cardholders' birthday month at each table each time.
• The Merchant reserves the right to change menu items due to availability of ingredients without advance notice.
• Unless otherwise specified, the Privilege is not transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, dining certificate or any membership benefits of the Merchant.
