This offer is applicable to customers who hold an RMB account which is a sub-account of the Hang Seng Integrated Account. Details as below:

The exchange rate premiums are based on the differences between the preferential RMB exchange rates and the board rates.

Remarks:
•	The above offers are only applicable to Personal and Private Banking customers.
•	The preferential interest rates are quoted with reference to the interest rates offered by Hang Seng Bank Limited (the "Bank") on and are for reference only. The relevant interest rates will be subject to the rates quoted by the Bank from time to time.
•	The offers are not applicable to the renewal of time deposits.
•	Please refer to the relevant information shown on the receipt / confirmation page of the relevant transaction for the actual exchange and interest rates offered to customer at the time of transaction.
•	Interest rates and exchange rates are subject to review according to changes in market conditions from time to time. The Bank reserves the right to change the above interest rates and exchange rate offers at any time without prior notice.
•	The above offers cannot be used in conjunction with other interest rate or exchange rate offers for the same currency.
•	Foreign Exchange involves Exchange Rate Risk. Fluctuations in the exchange rate of RMB/any foreign currency may result in gains or losses in the event that the customer subsequently converts his or her RMB deposit into HKD/any foreign currency.
•	The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The Bank reserves the right of the final decision on all matters relating to the offers, which shall be binding on all parties concerned.
