Terms and Conditions of Flight Ticket Offers at Singapore Airlines:

1. The promotion period is from 16 August to 5 September 2019, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. Customers must settle the payment with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card or Spending Card to enjoy 10% off round-trip flight tickets to selected destinations ("Offer").
3. Customers must input the promo code 'SQHSBHK' on singaporeair.com to book flight tickets in order to be entitled to the Offer. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and Singapore Airlines Limited ("the Merchant") shall not accept any liability should the customers fail to input the promo code before searching for flights or before completing a booking.

5. Offer is only applicable to round-trip flight tickets purchase.
6. Limited seat available for the discounted flight tickets.
7. All products and the relevant information are directly sold and supplied by the Merchant who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
8. Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
9. The promotional offers are governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant.
10. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
11. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
12. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
13. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
