Terms and Conditions for Year-round Health Check Offers:

Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of Year-round Health Check Offers are from 1 January until 31 December 2018.
To enjoy the Year-round Health Check Offers, customers are required to indicate to use the Hang Seng Credit Card offers upon making reservation / upon payment. Full payment must be settled with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card or Spending Card in order to enjoy the above offers.
Year-round Health Check Offer is applicable to Hang Seng CUP Credit Card Customers only at outlets accepting CUP Credit Card for payment. For details, please contact the merchants respectively.
Year-round Health Check Offers are subject to the availability of the relevant service. The price and offer details may be changed from time to time without prior notice.
Year-round Health Check Offers are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discount, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, coupons, cash coupons or membership benefits/ VIP cards/ VIP bonus point programmes of the merchants (unless otherwise specified).
All products, services, and information related to the offers are directly sold and supplied to customers by the respective merchants who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
Offers are governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Participating Merchants. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Up to 15x/6x Cash Dollars Offer is subject to a cap.
Eligible interest-free instalement purchases only include new interest-free instalment purchases with a net amount of HKD5,000 or above per transaction at any local merchant during the promotion period, and Cash Dollars offer will be calculated according to the instalment amount shown on each monthly statement during the promotion period.
