  17. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng, 3HK and 3Home Broadband shall be final.
  18. No person other than the customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  19. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  20. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  21. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

    22. 4.5G Subscription (“Offer 1”) Offer Terms & Conditions:

  22. Customer is required to subscribe to designated 4.5G subscription monthly plan with 12-24 months contract period (subject to selected monthly plan) and specific VAS packages of not less than HKD39 per month with designated prepayment amount (prepayment amount will be credited to billing account by installments in contract period), pay for the first month’s monthly fee and the Administration Fee of HKD18 per month. Eligible customer can enjoy “Night Fever” Unlimited Data Pack or “Night Fever” 3GB Top Up Data Pack. “Unlimited Airtime” and “Night Fever” Unlimited Data Pack are not applicable to 4.5G Family Plan. “Night Fever” Data Pack is applicable from 11pm-7am. Customer can choose one “Night Fever” Data Pack per mobile account only. When the mobile data is consumed under non "Night Fever" period, mobile data will be deducted from the local data of plan entitlement or paid data pack or bonus data. Data usage during the change of the time zone period may be different from the actual data usage due to time difference or delay. “WhatsApp Data Pack “ is applicable to messages, images, video clips and voice messages delivery only. Regular data charges will be incurred for all other usage, including but not limited to the use of Video call function, VoIP voice call function, "Location Share" function, Notifications function, Speech-to-text function and download of WhatsApp application. 4.5G network is applicable to designated mobile device model only.

    23. HKD1,000 Standalone Handset Discount Offer for iPhone 7 Plus (“Offer 2”) Terms & Conditions:

Customer is required to subscribe to 6GB or above designated 4.5G SIM subscription monthly plan with 24 months contract period and pay for the Administration Fee of HKD18 per month to get HKD1,000 standalone discount offer for iPhone 7 Plus; Customer is required to subscribe to 1GB or 2.5GB designated 4.5G SIM subscription monthly plan with 24 months contract period and pay for the Administration Fee of HKD18 per month to get HKD500 standalone discount offer for iPhone 7 Plus. Customer is required to purchase the designated handset model while subscribing any SIM subscription. Each subscription can enjoy the offer once. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. The handset models / colour are available while stocks last.

    24. 3Delight Discount Offer (“Offer 3”) Terms & Conditions:

Each customer can enjoy the special offer to purchase 3Delight Premium once. 3Delight Premium provides offers from 150 merchants and 100 hotels. 3Delight Premium users can enjoy three offers from each local merchant and one offer from each hotel, while stocks last. Offers are only valid until 30 December 2017. 3Delight mobile app is powered by The Entertainer Limited ("The Entertainer").     25. 3Home Broadband Offer (“Offer 4”) Terms & Conditions:

  25. Customers are required to subscribe the designated service plan with 12-months or above subscription period and use the Eligible Credit Cards to pay the monthly service fee via autopay service. The offer is only applicable to new customers at selected buildings and successfully completed 3Home Broadband installation and activation by 31 May 2017. This offer is limited to 300 quotas, subject to availability. Enjoy HKD300 discount on the standalone purchase of designated handset with value HKD2,000 or above by presenting this “3HK HKD300 Standalone Handset Coupon” at 3Shop (not applicable to Apple products). This coupon can only be used once and for each standalone mobile phone purchase.
  26. 3Home Broadband provides residential broadband service in designated buildings for local upload/download speed 100Mbps/200Mbps/300Mbps/500Mbps/1Gbps. The bandwidth refers to the maximum of the relevant bandwidth that may be achieved between a Customer's premises and the broadband equipment of the relevant building, which may be different from the actual speed performance that a Customer may experience. The attainment of the relevant bandwidth depends on various factors including but not limited to network coverage, types of building infrastructure and performance and configuration of Customers' computers. The bandwidth to overseas sites will also be subject to the conditions of local network there, and therefore the bandwidth might be even less.   27. The installation and the service provision of the Home Broadband/Residential Telephone Line/VolP Service; and/or the installation and/or use of the other related devices may be adversely affected by the related technical, circumstantial and other external factors.
