2. Based on the calculation that each account which opts for e-Statement / e-Advice can save 48 pieces of paper each year.

4. The promotion period is from 1 October to 31 December 2012 (the “Promotion Period”).
5. Eligible customers include all existing e-Statement / e-Advice Service customers and customers who opt for the e-Statement / e-Advice Service during the Promotion Period.
6. Each account which opts for the e-Statement / e-Advice service can earn one lucky draw chance.
7. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("the Bank ") reserves the right to amend or terminate the free SMS reminder service. You are encouraged to check regularly for the latest card e-Statement at e-Banking.

Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions:
• Any customer of the Bank who has opted for e-Statement / e-Advice Service before or during the Promotion Period is eligible to enter into the lucky draw.
• Customer must be a Hong Kong resident aged 18 or above.
• For joint accounts, only the primary account holder is eligible to join the lucky draws.
• The draw will be held on 14 January 2013.
• Malaysia Kota Kinabalu 4 Days / 3 Nights Eco Tour for Two:
- Including Two round trip economy class air tickets from Hong Kong to Kota Kinabalu on Dragon Airlines, three consecutive nights accommodation at Kota Kinabalu and Hong Kong airport security service charge (total value equivalent to HKD10,000).
- Excluding local and overseas airport taxes, insurance, visa fees, fuel and other surcharges. Amounts are subject to change according to airline's announcement.
- Surcharges on particular date are not included and which vary with different dates.
• “Mai Po Public Guided Tour” Tickets for Two – The winner has to register online at the designated web page within the validity period and, is subject to the relevant terms and conditions as stipulated on the notification letter.
• The draw will be carried out randomly by computer.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes and redeemed for cash.
• Customers will not be eligible for prize redemption if they resume receiving paper statement before the prize redemption.
• Winners will be notified by mail within 60 working days after the lucky draw and are required to collect their prizes as arranged by the Bank .
• The Bank reserves the right to replace the above eco tours of designated place with another gift of the same value.
• The Bank is not the supplier of the prizes and will not be responsible for any related liabilities. Any disputes arising from the prizes should be resolved between the customers and the relevant suppliers.
• Employees of the Bank and its subsidiary companies and their relatives are not eligible for the lucky draws.
• The Bank reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the offer and to amend the terms and conditions at any time. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision. 
• If there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version of the terms and conditions shall prevail.
