The offer is only applicable to the basic handling fee for Inward Remittances and online Outward Remittances (excluding Local Interbank Fund Transfers) transactions successfully conducted through an IBS Account or UpBiz Integrated Account via Hang Seng Business e-Banking or Hang Seng HSBCnet. The offer is valid for a period of 3 months upon the date of an Integrated Business Solutions Account or UpBiz Integrated Account successfully opened during 1 October 2020 – 31 March 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
Service is subject to the fulfillment of the conditions for straight-through processing (e.g. debit account with sufficient funds, correct/complete beneficary information including beneficiary account number and beneficiary bank's SWIFT code). It is not available to transactions which are restricted by Mainland legal and regulatory authorities and transactions which require foreign exchange or declarations. The offer is only applicable to the branches of Hand Seng Bank (China) Limited, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. and Industrial Bank Co., Ltd in designated Mainland cities, and their respective cut-off times for same-day credit are 4:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday of business day for both Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Free payroll services are only applicable to HKD Payroll Services, offers include waivers on registration fee, annual fee and transaction fee of "Hang Seng Autopay Service" and charges on first set-up with fewer than ten second parties. The above fee waiver is only applicable to Integrated Business Solutions Account or UpBiz Integrated Account customer.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
