The Total Relationship Balance is the aggregate balance of the daily average of all your company’s deposits, gold accounts, securities, investment funds, utilised overdraft facilities, credit card cash advances, outstanding balance of loans (except mortgage loans), trade finance, Hang Seng MPF balance and Hang Seng general insurance premiums paid each month.
2.	Start-up companies refer to Hong Kong companies established/ registered within the last 12 months upon account opening.
3.	Customers have to maintain the Total Relationship Balance of HKD3,000 equivalent or above during the waiver period to enjoy the monthly fee waiver privilege.
