Full fee
waiver includes registration fee, annual fee and
transaction fee of “Hang Seng autoPay Service”
and charges on first set-up with fewer than ten second
parties. |

Premium waiver is only
applicable to the 7th to 12th month in the first policy
year. If the customer terminates the policy in the first
policy year after the effective date of the policy, the
customer is still required to pay a minimum premium of
HKD500 per policy. From the second policy year onwards, if
the customer terminates the policy before its expiry, the
customer is still required to pay a minimum premium of
HKD1,000 per policy. Office Protection Plan and Retail
Protection Plan are underwritten by Hang Seng General
Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“Hang Seng
General Insurance”), which is authorised and
regulated by the Commissioner of Insurance of the HKSAR. |

Business Travelsure
Protection Plan includes Designated Employees Protection
Plan and Group Protection Plan that are jointly
underwritten by Hang Seng General Insurance and AXA
General Insurance Hong Kong Ltd., which are authorised and
regulated by the Commissioner of Insurance of the HKSAR.
