For
online bill payments by credit
card, the payment must be used
to wholly or partially settle
an underlying genuine debt due
to the payee (the "Debt").
The cardholder is required to
provide evidence thereof if so
requested by Hang Seng. Hang
Seng reserves the right not to
award Cash Dollars, or to cancel
Cash Dollars awarded, for any
payment which Hang Seng suspects
is not being used to settle the
Debt. Bill payments made to payees
under Banking and Credit Card
Services, or paying Inland
Revenue Department using a Hang
Seng Credit Card will not be
eligible for Cash Dollars. |
