Seminar for Commercial Customers – “Mainland Processing Trade and Export VAT Tax Refund Policy” (30 January 2007)
To shape the economic development and to protect the environment, the China government has revised Export VAT refund policy for the Prohibited Category of Processing Trade. These policy changes have brought great challenges for those enterprises engaging in processing trade. In particular, these enterprises may suffer additional tax expenses and exert pressure on business restructuring under the new policy. On 30 January, Hang Seng Bank and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu have jointly organised a free seminar for our commercial customers on “Mainland Processing Trade and Export VAT Tax Refund Policy” to provide them with an update of this latest policy and its implications to the enterprises.
Seminar content:
Illustrate the latest policy, challenges and opportunities for enterprises with case studies |
