On 19 June 2009, Hang Seng Bank has held a “Special Loan Guarantee Scheme Forum” for our commercial customers. Representatives of the Trade and Industry Department, the Hong Kong Small & Medium Enterprises Development Association. The Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors, the New Territories General Chamber of Commerce and the Bank had shared their views on the enhanced Special Loan Guarantee Scheme (“SpGS”) and provided insights on the current market situation.
