With your Phone Banking Personal Identification Number (Phone PIN) and a touch-tone phone, you can manage your company accounts 24 hours a day.

Account services - fund transfer, cheque book/ statement request, phone PIN change
Enquiry services - account balances, deposit rates, gold prices, notes exchange rates, T/T exchange rates, inward remittance details, issued/ deposited cheque status
Customer services - trade services, cash management services, time deposit renewal, stop cheque payment, cancellation of autopay debit authorisation/ standing instruction

Use your Phone Banking Personal Identification Number (Phone PIN) and a landline with international telephone service, you can access your Phone Banking Account easily in Mainland China.
