(1)	Hang Seng Bank Account refers to individual and joint Personal Integrated Account (including Prestige Banking, Preferred Banking and “Integrated Account”), Hong Kong Dollar (“HKD”) Savings Account, ATM Savings Account or HKD Current Account. If you have any of the above accounts with Hang Seng Bank Limited (the "Bank"), simply inform your employer to update your payroll account information. If you do not have any of the above accounts with Hang Seng Bank, please visit any of our branches to open an account.
(2)	To be eligible for the above banking offers, customers must have at least two auto-payroll transactions in any of their accounts at Hang Seng Bank in the past three months.
(3)	Approval is subject to the final decision of the Bank. Perpetual annual fee waiver is only applicable during the period in which customers hold a payroll account with the Bank. If a customer holds more than one Hang Seng Credit Card, the perpetual annual fee waiver is only applicable to the credit card with the highest annual fee, excluding VISA infinite, Hang Seng Corporate Card, Hang Seng Commercial Card and USD VISA Gold Card (paid annual fee will not be reimbursed).
(4)	Pre-approved Unsecured Overdraft Facility is only applicable to Integrated Account holders who are permanent Hong Kong resident, aged 18 or above and with monthly salary of HKD5,000 or above. The lowest preferential interest rate is Prime Rate + 2% p.a., and the maximum overdraft limit is HKD600,000. Prestige Banking Customers can enjoy a perpetual annual fee waiver of Unsecured Overdraft Facility while other Integrated Account Customers can enjoy a first year annual fee waiver of Unsecured Overdraft Facility (from 0.5% to 1% of the overdraft limit thereafter, subject to a minimum of HKD200 , maximum HKD800). Application is subject to the final approval of the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion from time to time. Prime Rate refers to the Hong Kong Dollar Prime Lending Rate as quoted by the Bank from time to time. The Bank shall have absolute discretion to prescribe and change the interest rate, overdraft limit and fee. (5)	To be eligible for the premium discount, customers must successfully enrol in the designated Hang Seng Personal General Insurance Plans at any Hang Seng Bank branch. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and is not transferable. Hang Seng General Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited ("Hang Seng General Insurance") and the Bank reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the offer from time to time or withdraw the above offer at any time.
