Total Relationship Balance of HKD200,000 or above over the previous month
and subject to the other terms and conditions set by the Bank. Unauthorised
overdraft handling fee of HKD100 will be charged and interest is calculated
using prevailing unauthorised overdraft interest rate. For details, please
refer to the relevant Service Directory. |

AutoSweeping Service is applicable to a daily total overdraft/

of the same day exceeds HKD20,000, even if any one of the following cheque/
autopay transactions is equal to or below HKD20,000, AutoSweeping Service
will not be activated. |

The Advanced Switching
Service is provided by the Bank to
enable customers using the advance
made by the Bank to the customers
to apply for subscription of units
in another new fund(s) (the "New
Fund(s)") before redemption proceeds
from the Original Fund(s) are deposited
into their accounts, whether or not
the New Fund(s) to be subscribed and
the Original Fund(s) to be redeemed
are managed by the same fund management
company and to allow customers to
repay the advance amount with the
redemption proceeds thereafter. The
Advanced Switching Service is available
to Prestige Banking, Preferred
Banking and Integrated Account (Personal)
customers who make subscription for
a New Fund with subscription amount
of HK$100,000 or above in one go.
The Service does not
apply to: funds which dealing frequency
is not daily, hedge funds, capital
guaranteed funds, Class B Units or
other funds as specified by the Bank
from time to time. Funds in respect
of which the Service is available
will be changed from time to time
without prior notice. Customers should
be aware that they may have to provide
separate moneys to repay all/part
of the advanced amount made by the
Bank to the customers for subscription
of the New Fund, to bear the redemption
fee (if applicable) for redemption
of the Original Fund(s), and to pay
interest and other charge(s) charged
by the Bank in certain circumstances.
Customers must have read the full
version of the Terms and Conditions
for Advanced Switching Service contained
in the Application Form for the Service
before applying for the Service. Upon
use of the Service, Customer is deemed
to have accepted the Terms and Conditions
for Advanced Switching Service and
agreed to be bound by them. Copies
of the Terms and Conditions for the
Advanced Switching Service are available
at branches of the Bank and can be
downloaded from the website of the
Bank. |

2% New Fund subscription fee. The
fee is inclusive in the Subscribed
