Remarks:
(1)	Fund Switching is a free service. It is subject to a minimum switching amount of HK$ 400/ US$ 50 per Investment Fund. There is no limit on the number of free fund switching.
(2)	Change of Regular Premium amount and payment mode (i.e. annually/monthly) are only allowed after the first policy year. The minimum adjustment amount in Regular Premium is HK$600/US$75 and the minimum Regular Premium is HK$600/US$75 after change.

(4)	Two Death Benefit Options are offered. Change of the option chosen is only allowed after the first policy year and may require further underwriting.
