The Plan is underwritten by Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited ("HSIC"), which is an authorized insurance company under the ICO and is regulated by the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance to carry out long-term insurance business in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Hang Seng Bank Limited is an insurance agent authorized by HSIC.
