Terms and Conditions of the Online Instant Lucky Draw of Travelsure Protection Plan:

i. There are two stages of the promotional period of the Online Instant Lucky Draw of Travelsure Protection Plan ("Promotion Period"). The first stage of the Promotion Period is from 22 June 2008 to 31 July 2008, where a round-trip air ticket to Tokyo will be awarded as the prize of the Online Instant Lucky Draw everyday during this period. The second stage of the Promotion Period is from 1 August 2008 to 4 October 2008, where a round-trip air ticket to Bangkok will be awarded as the prize of the Online Instant Lucky Draw everyday during this period.
ii. During the Promotion Period, customers who have successfully enrolled in the Travelsure Protection Plan via Hang Seng Bank website or Hang Seng Personal e-Banking are eligible for an entry to the online instant lucky draw and each successfully enrolled policy of Travelsure Protection Plan will be entitled to one draw. A round-trip air ticket will be given out as the daily prize by Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng Bank"). The destination of the air ticket depends on the date upon successful online enrolment of the Travelsure Protection Plan. The lucky draw result will be announced online immediately and the air ticket redemption letters will be sent to the winning policyholders by registered mail within 2 months upon successful enrolment. Winners have to redeem the air tickets at the designated redemption centers on or before the expiry date stated in the redemption letters. The usage, including the expiry date and surcharge on particular departure dates, of the air tickets are subject to the relevant terms and conditions. All applicable taxes including Hong Kong Security Charge, HKG Departure Tax, airline insurance charges, local departure tax, and fuel surcharge and etc. are not included and are subject to the amounts upon the issuance of air ticket. Details will be stipulated in the air ticket redemption letter.
iii. No premium will be refunded upon the cancellation of Single Trip Cover Policy. For the cancellation of Annual China / Annual Global Cover Policy, policyholders shall receive the refund from Hang Seng General Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited ("Hang Seng General Insurance") of the unexpired portion of the premium for the period of insurance, subject to a maximum of 50% of the annual premium paid.
iv. "Hang Seng General Insurance" and "Hang Seng Bank" are not the suppliers or providers of the above prizes and bear no obligations and liabilities related to such prizes. Any disputes arising from the prizes shall be resolved between the customers and the relevant suppliers or providers directly.
v. All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
vi. "Hang Seng Bank" reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of the offers or cancel the offers without prior notices to customers. In case of any disputes, the decision of "Hang Seng Bank" shall be final.
Travelsure Protection Plan is jointly underwritten by Hang Seng General Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited and AXA General Insurance Hong Kong Limited, which are authorised and regulated by the Commissioner of Insurance of the HKSAR.
