The offers are only applicable to Prestige Banking Customers (“Customers”). |

To enjoy the complimentary offers, simply present your Prestige Banking Card or Prestige Banking Platinum Card prior to purchase. Payment must be settled by a Hang Seng Credit Card or by cash. |

Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotion offer. |

Offers are subject to the terms and conditions set by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“the Bank”) and the participating merchants. |

The Bank and the participating merchants reserve the right to change or discontinue any of the offers and amend any of the terms and conditions. |

The offer is valid from September 2007 to 31 August 2008, and is applicable to every first and second Wednesday. If the first or second Wednesday is a public holiday in Hong Kong or Mainland China, the Golf Day will be postponed to the following Wednesday. |

To enjoy the complimentary offer, each Prestige Banking Customer ("Customer") is required to bring a minimum of two and a maximum of seven guests, who can enjoy the Palm Island Resort ("Merchant") member-guest package rate at RMB595, including 18-hole green fee, locker, shared cart and caddie. |
|
Customers will have to pay the guest price if any invited guest fails to attend the Golf Day. |
|
Golf Days are open to Customers and guests with a valid handicap only. |
|
To enjoy the offer, Customers must make reservations in advance. |
|
Each Golf Day has limited places. Reservations will be on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to availability. |
|
The reservation and tee-off time arrangements are subject to confirmation by the Merchant. |
|
Any change or cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the date of visit, otherwise the Merchant reserves the right to charge the Customer for the full amount of the guaranteed booking. |

The price stated above does not include any peak season surcharge, airport tax, port charge, airline and cruise fuel surcharge, airport security tax, visa fee or local tour fee. Offers shall be binding on respective terms and conditions. |

The full body massage/ spa service is on per cabin basis. Customers are required to pay for the extra charges when the value of the service used exceeds US$100. |

The Bank shall have the final decision on the approval of the Prestige Banking Platinum Card. |

The handling fee for issuance of telegraphic transfer will be waived, but cable charge is not included. |

The offer is only applicable to the annual rental fee for the first year. Customers must still pay the key deposit amount. Full annual rental fee payment will be required starting from the second year. Customers who cancel any safe deposit box in the first year will be required to pay a handling fee of HKD100 per cancellation. |

This offer does not apply to funds with subscription fee below 5% (except funds under the Hang Seng Investment Series) and funds without subscription fee, including Class B Units, Class I Units, capital guaranteed funds and funds specified by the Bank from time to time as well as Hang Seng Monthly Investment Plan. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other investment fund subscription fee discount offers. Subscription fee shall range from 1% to 3.5% after deduction. |

The Advanced Switching Service is provided by the Bank to enable customers using the advance made by the Bank to the customers to apply for subscription of units in another new fund(s) (the "New Fund(s)") before redemption proceeds from the Original Fund(s) are deposited into their accounts, whether or not the New Fund(s) to be subscribed and the Original Fund(s) to be redeemed are managed by the same fund management company and to allow customers to repay the advance amount with the redemption proceeds thereafter. The Advanced Switching Service is available to Prestige Banking. Preferred Banking and Integrated Account (Personal) customers who make subscription for a New Fund with subscription amount of HK$100,000 or above in one go. The Service does not apply to: funds which dealing frequency is not daily, hedge funds, capital guaranteed funds, Class B Units or other funds as specified by the Bank from time to time. Funds in respect of which the Service is available will be changed from time to time without prior notice. Prestige Banking Customer can simply visit any Hang Seng Bank's branch or call your respective Prestige Banking Customer Relationship Manager for application. |

The Bank will charge 2% New Fund subscription fee. The fee is inclusive in the Subscribed Amount. |

The Bank reserves the right to revoke this pre-approved offer at its discretion. The Prestige Banking Platinum Card is offered to Prestige Banking customers only. In case of cancellation of the Prestige Banking integrated account, the Prestige Banking Platinum Card will also become invalid. |

If customer holds more than one Hang Seng Credit Card, the perpetual annual fee waiver is applicable to the credit card with the higher annual fee (including Platinum Card, if applicable) but not applicable to VISA Infinite, all Commercial Cards and USD VISA Gold Card (paid annual fee will not be reimbursed). |
