Senior Product Development and Knowledge Management Officer
The incumbent will work with in-house and outsourced manufacturers in corporate insurance product design and development. He / She will manage product due diligence, product approval and compliance, and will conduct product comparison and customer information analysis to identify business opportunities. Moreover, he / she will compile MIS and performance tracking reports to monitor the sales performance of corporate insurance business as well as assist in implementing projects related to system, operation and process improvement.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration OR other related discipline
• At least 4 years' relevant banking experience, with exposure to life insurance or project management an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of application software

CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT

Chinese Editorial Manager
The incumbent will be responsible for writing Chinese speeches and corporate communications materials as well as for translating important English communications articles. He/She will also supervise internal communications channels including the Bank's newsletter and daily broadcasts to staff.

Requirements:

• University degree in Chinese Literature, Languages, Communications, Journalism OR a related discipline
• Minimum of 12 years' experience in writing and editing, preferably with exposure to public relations/ financial industry
• Sound knowledge of and great sensitivity to business and public issues
• A team player, with an ability to work independently and under pressure
• High level of proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

Assistant Accounting Manager (Management Accounting)
The incumbent will be responsible for providing value added management information to help business unit in making decision and managing its growth, including business analysis on the performance of insurance business, financial planning and expenses control reporting. He / She will also participate in various projects such as the forecast model enhancement and management information production process revamp.

Requirements:

• University degree in a related discipline, with a recognized professional accounting qualification an advantage

Finance Project Analyst
The incumbent will join a Finance Change team in supporting large scale global project to enhance Finance's control functions and improve the work efficiency through system automation and process re-engineering. He / She will liaise with Finance users to define the financial reporting requirements, accounting rules, and general ledger structure, and co-ordinate with IT developers for system development. He / She will also prepare test plans and scenarios, perform user acceptance test and follow up with the process changes.

Requirements:

• University degree in a related discipline OR associate membership of a recognized professional accounting institution
• Minimum of five years' experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably in financial control area
• Knowledge of accounting rules of banking products or HKMA reporting is a must

Accounting Officer (Asset and Liability Management)
The incumbent will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports and performing financial modeling on balance sheet management. He / She will perform analysis of pricing strategies, asset and liability distribution, capital management, liquidity / interest rate risk management and interbank comparison. He / She will also assist in preparing presentations on balance sheet management.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with a recognized professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA

Accounting Officer (Treasury & Accounting Support)
The incumbent will provide accounting supports in reviewing various treasury systems and updating market rates for treasury activities and control reconciliation. He / She will also be responsible in maintaining the chart of account in accordance with designated policies and liaise with relevant parties for treasury system implementation and enhancement.

The incumbent will be responsible for preparing / reporting profit and loss of the treasury trading desks and Balance Sheet Management book. He / She will analyze and validate the P&L of MM, FX, IR/FX/Equities derivatives, structured products and hedging transactions, and explain the impact of market movements on treasury portfolios. He / She will also be involved in analyzing trading activities, preparing commentaries on significant variances and managing ad hoc projects such as treasury system development.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with a recognized professional qualification such as CFA, HKICPA, ACCA preferred
• Minimum of three years' relevant experience in sizable financial institutions, preferably with product control or middle office exposure relating to treasury products

He / She will also lead various projects and liaise with external training consultants.

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline
• Minimum of eight years' experience in management training, organizational / leadership development, at least 3 of which should be at managerial level with people management experience
