The incumbent will work with in-house and outsourced manufacturers in corporate insurance product design and development. He / She will manage product due diligence, product approval and compliance, and will conduct product comparison and customer information analysis to identify business opportunities. Moreover, he / she will compile MIS and performance tracking reports to monitor the sales performance of corporate insurance business as well as assist in implementing projects related to system, operation and process improvement.

Requirements:

Assistant Accounting Manager (Management Accounting)

Finance Project Analyst
The incumbent will join a Finance Change team in supporting large scale global project to enhance Finance's control functions and improve the work efficiency through system automation and process re-engineering. He / She will liaise with Finance users to define the financial reporting requirements, accounting rules, and general ledger structure, and co-ordinate with IT developers for system development. He / She will also prepare test plans and scenarios, perform user acceptance test and follow up with the process changes.
