Customer Service Representative
The incumbent will work at our customer contact centre to perform telemarketing activities by promoting retail banking products to the potential customers. He/She will also provide quality phone banking services, as well as handle customer enquiries in an efficient and professional manner to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Form Five or above, with at least five subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in the HKCEE, including Chinese, English and Mathematics
• Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations an advantage

Manager, Treasury Control
The incumbent will lead the Treasury Control Section to perform product control functions on treasury activities including market risk limit monitoring, off-market rate controls, implementation of derivative controls and valuation. He / She will also be involved in establishing and refining risk control procedures for treasury products / hedging transactions, and implementing new risk systems.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance OR a related discipline, with a recognized professional qualification such as CFA, HKICPA or FRM preferred

He / She is also responsible for compiling the relevant HKMA returns and the Basel II reporting.

The incumbent will join a Finance Change team in supporting large scale global project to enhance Finance's control functions and improve the work efficiency through system automation and process re-engineering. He / She will liaise with respective Finance departments to ensure a smooth and timely implementation of the project plan.

Project Designer (Interior / Architectural Design)
The incumbent will handle the interior design related matters of the Bank with an aim to fulfill users¡¦ operational requirements and business directives. He / She will also assist the Section Head to manage branch and office fitting-out projects according to the Bank¡¦s business directives and corporate image.

The incumbent will:

• Analyse users' operational requirements, incorporate internal design guidelines, space utilisation strategies and professional input to design and manage the interior design projects of the branches, offices and properties of the Bank, as well as the refurbishment of customers¡¦ properties in Hong Kong and the Mainland.
• Ensure all fitting-out projects are executed in accordance with the Group¡¦s guideline, user¡¦s requirements, building regulations and statutory requirements, budget costing and control processes, and site Health & Safety governances.

Collateral Appraisal Officer
The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out property valuation and associated tasks in response to requests from internal customers for supporting the Bank's credit / business decisions. Depending on the posting, he / she may be responsible for maintaining the Bank's e-Valuation system to facilitate quick reference of property value by both internal and external customers. He / She will also be required to liaise with internal customers and external surveyors for ensuring the efficient delivery of property valuation and land advisory services.
