1 Offices which are located in industrial buildings or mixed commercial / industrial buildings, or in the premises aged over 30 years and / or employees who work constantly outside the insured premises, premium needs to be quoted separately. Besides, if you terminate the policy before its expiry, you are still required to pay a minimum premium of HKD1,000 per policy.
2 The premium rate does not include the Government Levy, Government Terrorism Facility Charge and Employees' Compensation Insurer Insolvency Bureau Contribution which are quoted at 5.8%, 3% and 2% of the respective premium as from 1 July 2010 and are subject to change from time to time.
