Instant Order Confirmation Service allows you to receive the most up-to-date information via short messages sent to your mobile phone, including:

Execution results of your Securities and Investment Funds trading orders
IPO subscription allotment result

You can enrol for the service through various channels :

  How To Enrol For Instant Order Confirmation Service Online ?

Step 1:
- Be a Hang Seng Personal e-Banking Customer. If not,
- Be a Hang Seng Securities or Investment Funds customer. If not, click 'Securities' or ‘Investment Funds’ after logging on to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking.

Step 2: If you are a Hang Seng Securities or Investment Funds customer with e-Banking service, logon to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking.

Step 3: Choose Customer Services button on the left. Click Other Services button. Under Investment Services, select either “Securities” or “Investment Funds” for Application for Instant Order Confirmation Service.

If you are our Enhanced Personal e-Banking user, after logon, please choose Investment in the menu. Then click Other Related Services. In the Application page, choose either “Securities” or “Investment Funds” for Application for Instant Order Confirmation Service.

Step 4: Fill in the required information and submit the enrolment.

Step 5: We will process your enrolment within two working days. Once the service is effective, a confirmation email will be sent to your InBox Message in Hang Seng Personal e-Banking.
