Q: How can I know when a new e-Statement is available for checking?
A: Customers can simply register for the e-Alert "e-Statement Alert" Service(5) via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking and will receive an e-mail notification when a new e-Statement is available.
   
Q: How to prevent missing a card payment due date?
A: Simply register for the e-Alert "Bill Payment Reminder" Service(5) via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking to receive an e-mail or SMS alert before the payment due date.

Terms and Conditions for the e-Statement and “e-InvestAdvice” Services Lucky Draws:
Any customer of Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng Bank”) who has opted for e-Statement and/or "e-InvestAdvice" Services before or during the Promotion Period is eligible to enter the lucky draws. Each e-Statement or "e-InvestAdvice" will entitle customers to one lucky draw entry in each round of the lucky draw.
If customer has amended or provided an incorrect email address or in any other possible situations which the email of "e-InvestAdvice" will be bounced back to Hang Seng Bank so that paper copies have to be resumed, customers’ eligibility for the lucky draw entry will be cancelled.
The customer must be a Hong Kong resident aged 18 or above.
For joint accounts, only the primary account holder is eligible to join the lucky draws.
A winner will be drawn in each round for the grand prize. The winner in each round is entitled to a maximum of HKD20,000 credit card spending rebate. The credit card spending rebate (“Spending Rebate”) is calculated based on the total eligible spending transaction amount made with one of the winner’s eligible Hang Seng Credit Cards during the promotion period of the specific round. All eligible transaction(s) should be posted on or before 14 days from the end of promotion period of the specific round.
If the winner has more than one eligible Hang Seng Credit Cards, only the Hang Seng Credit Card with the highest eligible spending transaction amount during the promotion period of the specific round will be counted. The Spending Rebate will be credited to the relevant Hang Seng credit card account within 60 working days after each round of lucky draw.
If the winner does not have any eligible Hang Seng Credit Card, he/she must successfully apply for an eligible Hang Seng Credit Card within a specific period of time upon receiving the reward notification and the Spending Rebate is calculated based on the total eligible spending transaction amount made within 3 months upon the eligible Hang Seng Credit Card approval. All eligible transaction(s) should be posted on or before 14 days from the end of the 3 months’ time mentioned above. The winner is entitled to a maximum of HKD20,000 Spending Rebate. If no eligible spending transaction is recorded for any of the eligible Hang Seng Credit Card, the winner is not entitled to the Spending Rebate.
The Spending Rebate is not applicable to Hang Seng Business Card, Commercial Card, USD Gold Visa Card, Renminbi Credit Card, e-shopping MasterCard and Private Label Card. Eligible spending transactions include retail purchase and cash advance but all online transactions (including bill payment, tax payment and purchase), instalment payment, balance transfer, “Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service” auto top-up amount, autopay, annual fee, handling fee, finance charge, any other transactions without sales slips and all transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled / returned are considered as ineligible spending transactions and are not applicable to the calculation of Spending Rebate. In case of any disputes, the records of Hang Seng Bank should be final. The credit card account of winner should be valid and in good credit condition while crediting the Spending Rebate.
Customers still using the e-Statement or “e-InvestAdvice” Service will automatically enter into the next round(s) of lucky draw, regardless of whether customers have won in any round of the lucky draw, and have a chance to win a total of up to HKD80,000 Spending Rebate in the 4 rounds of the lucky draw.
5 winners will be drawn in each round of lucky draw for the bonus prizes. Customers still using the e-Statement or “e-InvestAdvice” Service will automatically enter into the next round(s) of lucky draw, regardless of whether customers have won in any round of the lucky draw.
The cut-off time for every lucky draw is 23:59:59 on the last day of each round and the draws will be carried out randomly by computer.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes and redeemed for cash.
Customer will not be eligible for prize redemption if receiving the paper statement or the paper copies of investment documents are resumed before the prize redemption. This includes customer who has amended or provided an incorrect email address or in any other possible situations which the email of "e-InvestAdvice" will be bounced back to Hang Seng Bank so that the paper copies have to be resumed.
Winners will be notified by mail within 30 working days after each lucky draw and are required to collect their prizes as arranged by Hang Seng Bank.
Hang Seng Bank is not the supplier of the bonus prizes and will not be responsible for any related liabilities. Any disputes arising from the bonus prizes should be resolved between the customers and the relevant suppliers.
Employees of Hang Seng Bank and its subsidiary companies and their relatives are not eligible for the lucky draws.
Hang Seng Bank reserves the right to change the above promotion terms and conditions from time to time. In case of disputes, Hang Seng Bank reserves the right of final decision.
If there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version of the terms and conditions shall prevail.
