During the promotion period, simply purchase HKD5,000 or above per transaction by interest-free instalments at local merchants, or make a purchase or cash advance overseas in foreign currency with your Hang Seng Credit Card and call to register, you can earn 3x Cash Dollars!

Each credit card needs to be registered once only. Those which have been registered need not to be registered again. Once registered, all eligible spending from the registration month until the end of the year can earn 3x Cash Dollars.

Terms and conditions for 3 Times Cash Dollars Offer for interest-free instalment purchases at local merchants, overseas spending and overseas cash advance (the "Offer"):
•
 The promotion period is from 3 January to 31 December 2009 ("Promotion Period").
•
 Customers need to call the registration hotline to register during the Promotion Period. Upon successful registration, customers can earn 3 times Cash Dollars on all eligible spending from the registration month to 31 December 2009.
•
 The Offer is applicable to purchases made with Hang Seng Credit Cards or Affinity Cards (excluding USD Visa Gold Card, Hang Seng Renminbi Credit Card, JAL Hang Seng Card, e-shopping MasterCard and Private Label Card).
•
 Spending amount is calculated based on single credit card account, including spending of supplementary cards for which transactions are posted to the same principal card account.
•
 Customers need to successfully register once only by calling 2998 6068 in order to be eligible for earning 3 times Cash Dollars. Upon successful registration, customers can earn extra double Cash Dollars in addition to the basic Cash Dollars for any eligible transactions (as specified below) within the Promotion Period. For enJoy Card or MegaBox Card customers, the extra double Cash Dollars will be calculated according to the Cash Dollars earning ratio of the relevant Affinity Card. For the overseas spending of Commercial Cards, customers can earn extra Cash Dollars in addition to the basic double Cash Dollars earned, for a total of 3 times Cash Dollars.

 Eligible transactions include: (i) purchases of HKD5,000 or above per transaction by interest-free instalments at local merchants within the Promotion Period which are posted to the credit card account on or before 15 January 2010; and (ii) overseas spending or cash advance (excluding Hong Kong Dollars transactions) during the Promotion Period which are posted to the credit card account on or before 15 January 2010. Eligible transactions do not include phone and fax orders, internet transactions (bill payments and purchases), handling fees for cash advance, casino chips purchases, finance charges and late charges. All transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled/returned are not eligible transactions.

 The basic Cash Dollars earned and the extra double Cash Dollars will be calculated according to the instalment amount shown on each monthly statement.
•
 The Offer will be calculated on the last day of every even month. The extra Cash Dollars will be automatically credited to customers’ credit account 6-8 weeks after each calculation provided that the Credit Card account is still valid and in good standing when the extra Cash Dollars are credited. All eligible customers will be notified of the Offer details by mail.
•
 Each credit card account is entitled to a maximum total of $2,000 extra Cash Dollars only on overseas spending / cash advance and instalment purchases throughout the year.
•
 Unless specified otherwise, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other Cash Dollars promotions.

 In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng and each participating merchant shall be final.

In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions of the promotion offers, the English version shall prevail.
