The promotion period is from 1 January to 31 December 2009.

To enjoy the above offers, customers are required to settle payment using Hang Seng Credit Cards or Affinity Cards (except Hang Seng JCB Card, Renminbi Credit Card, Commercial Card, Business Card and Corporate Card).
•
The above offers are applicable to credit card transactions completed at the oil pump only.
•
The above offers are not applicable to purchase of diesel, lube and other items.
•
Cash rebate will be credited to relevant credit card accounts directly within 8 weeks after the transaction is made and shown on the relevant credit card statement. To enjoy the cash rebate, the relevant credit card accounts are required to be still valid and in good credit condition when the cash rebate is credited.
•
The above offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products.
•
All products, services and information related to the promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by Chevron Hong Kong Limited (“Merchant”) who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.

Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) and the Merchant reserve the right to vary or terminate the above offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time.

In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
•
The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
