•	Online access to the past 13 months’ credit card statements and the past 24 months’ Integrated Account / HKD Savings Account /HKD Current Account statements⁽⁴⁾.

Most institutions now accept copies of e-Statements as supporting documents. If necessary, you can also request a paper copy of any relevant statement ⁽⁵⁾. What’s more, you can resume a paper statement service at any time⁽⁶⁾.

1.	Log on to / register for Personal e-Banking
2.	Select "e-Statement / e-Advice" under "Account Services"
3.	Select "Suppress Paper Statements"
4.	Select the account(s)
5.	The instruction will be effective from the next statement date

Remarks:
(1)	The e-Statement Service is not available for e-shopping MasterCard, Renminbi Credit Card, Club Marina Cove Membership Credit Card, Hong Kong Jockey Club Membership Card, Revolving Loan and SuperCash.
(2)	Customers must register for the e-Alert Service with e-Statement via Personal e-Banking. The e-mail e-Alert service is free of charge, but the SMS e-Alert service is chargeable. Please refer to the Service Plan and Charges for details.
(3)	Customers must register for the “Bill Payment Reminder” Service via Personal e-Banking. The e-mail e-Alert service is free of charge, but the SMS e-Alert service is chargeable. Please refer to the Service Plan and Charges for details.
(4)	Applicable from the effective date of paper statement suppression.
(5)	Customers may request a black and white photocopy of their statements if required by government authorities. The three-year free statement printing service for credit card statements starts from the 14th month after the effective date of paper statement suppression, whereas that for Integrated Accounts statements starts from the 25th month after the effective date of paper statement suppression.
(6)	The instruction will be effective from the next statement date.
