To protect the environment and reduce paper consumption, Hang Seng Bank is committed to encourage the use of e-Statement Service⁽¹⁾. What’s more, using e-Statement can also bring you the following advantages:

Speedy and timely

•	No delay due to postage. Customers can receive their new statements once they are issued
•	Free e-Alert "e-Statement Alert" Service⁽²⁾ - receive an e-mail notification when a new e-Statement is available
•	Eliminate the risk of loss due to postage

Layout and content are exactly the same as that of paper statements. Easy to download and print.

Never miss a card payment due date

Free e-Alert "Bill Payment Reminder" Service⁽³⁾ - set up an e-mail notification before the payment due date

Space-saving

	e-Statements can be saved on personal computer, freeing you from the hassle of filing piles of paper statements
	Online access to the past 6-month credit card statements and the past 13-month Integrated Account / HKD Savings Account /HKD Current Account statements⁽⁴⁾


1.	Logon to / register for Hang Seng Personal e-Banking
2.	Select "e-Statement / e-Advice" under "e-Services"
3.	Select the account(s) under "Suppress Paper Statement/Advice"

Remarks:
(1)	The e-Statement Service will be effective from the next statement date. The e-Statement Service is not available for e-shopping MasterCard, Renminbi Credit Card, Club Marina Cove Membership Credit Card, Hong Kong Jockey Club Membership Card(Private Label Card), Revolving Loan and SuperCash.
(2)	Customers must register for the e-Alert “e-Statement Alert” Service via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking. The e-mail e-Alert service is free of charge while charges apply to the SMS e-Alert service. Please refer to the Service Plan and Charges for details.
(3)	Customers must register for the e-Alert “Bill Payment Reminder” Service via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking. The e-mail e-Alert service is free of charge while charges apply to the SMS e-Alert service. Please refer to the Service Plan and Charges for details.
(4)	Applicable from the effective date of paper statement suppression.
(5)	Online paper statement suppression is only applicable to single name account customer. The joint name account customer need to complete an application form and send it to any of our branches in person.
