The first 50 customers apply Hang Seng Commercial
Card online during the period from 23 July to 31 August 2008
(both dates inclusive) and successfully approved, can reward
HKD500 fuel coupon(s). The coupon(s) will be mailed to the first
Authorised Card User in the application form on or before 31
October 2008. This Authorised Card User is required
to make 1 transaction on retail purchase or cash advance with
the Commercial Card on or before 30 November 2008, otherwise
HKD500 handling fees will be debited. Customers
who have hold or cancelled Hang Seng Commercial Card within
the past 13 months are not eligible for this offer. The Commercial
Card Account should be valid and have good credit record at
the time when the fuel coupon(s) is (are) mailed. A maximum
of HKD500 fuel coupon(s) may be rewarded to the same customer
under this offer. Please refer to the relevant fuel coupon’s
overleaf for the terms and conditions of the usage. |

Customer can apply for multiple Commercial Cards
for different Authorised Card Users. A $50 Hang Seng Credit
Card Cash Dollars (“Cash Dollars”) reward will be
made to each Authorised Card User who uses his/her card to spend
or make cash advances at least once within 60 days from date
of the issuance of the Card Collection Advice. A maximum of
$300 Cash Dollars can be rewarded to the same customer under
this promotion. Cash Dollars will be credited to the respective
Authorised Card Users’ Commercial Card account within
8 to 10 weeks after such Authorised Card User has fulfilled
the spending requirement. The Commercial Card account should
be valid and have good credit record at the time when the Cash
Dollars reward is credited. In addition, for each successful
application of autopay service for commercial bills (such as
telecommunication services, corporate insurance premium, etc.)
with Commercial Card within 3 months from the date of Commercial
Card account opening, $30 Cash Dollars will be rewarded up to
a maximum of $150 Cash Dollars for each customer. For details,
terms and conditions of the cash dollars reward, please refer
to the leaflet enclosed with the new card. |

Market price was provided by the supplier on 1
May 2008 (including delivery service). Redemption letter will
be mailed to customers within 14 working days after the issue
date of the card collection advice. Customers should contact
Brother for the delivery arrangement. For the details, and terms
and conditions of delivery, please refer to the redemption letter.
Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) will debit
the approved Hang Seng Commercial Card account of applicant
(“Commercial Card Account”) with the redemption
price of the Brother Multi-Function Center (i.e. HKD5,748)
(“Redemption Price”) by 12 consecutive monthly instalments
(each instalment is HKD479), commencing from such date as Hang
Seng may prescribe at its full discretion. Delivery service
(excluding Outlying Islands, Restricted areas of the Airport
and Lo Wu, construction sites and areas outside Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region) is included in the Redemption Price.
Hang Seng will hold an amount equivalent to the Redemption Price
from the credit limit of the Commercial Card Account until the
last instalment has been debited. Hang Seng will proportionally
reduce the hold amount from the credit limit of the Commercial
Card Account every month after Hang Seng successfully debits
the Commercial Card Account with the instalment amount due.
On default of payment of any moneys due under the Commercial
Card Account or in case of breach of any provisions of the applicable
cardmember agreement governing the use of the Credit Card Account
(“Cardmember Agreement”) or any of these Terms and
Conditions by applicant or in case of cancellation or termination
of the Commercial Card Account or the instalment offer for whatever
reason, all outstanding instalments or balance of moneys owing
under these Terms and Conditions shall immediately become due
and payable by applicant and shall, at the absolute discretion
of Hang Seng, be debited against the Commercial Card Account
whereupon the Cardmember Agreement shall apply to all the said
instalments or balance. These Terms and Conditions are in addition
to the Cardmember Agreement and in the event of any inconsistency
between these Terms and Conditions and the Cardmember Agreement,
these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. |

Only applicable to Companies who apply for Commercial
Card online. Companies shall provide all required documents
in order to get the HKD50 Supermarket coupon. The coupon will
be sent to the Customer within 6 to 8 weeks after Hang Seng
receives the card application form and the required documents.

for the terms and conditions of the usage. |

All products, services and information related
to the above offers are directly sold and supplied to customers
by each of the participating Merchants who is solely responsible
for all related obligations and liabilities. Hang Seng reserves
the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers and
amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior
notice. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng reserves the right
of final decision. |
