Remarks:
(1)	Additional accidental death protection for sole ownership proprietor or partner, is only applicable to accidents not falling within the scope of protection as provided under the Employees' Compensation Ordinance. For Plan A, the Insured can be maximum of 2 persons and Plan B is 3 persons.
(2)	This premium is applicable for enrolment in Plan A and exclusive of Employees’ Compensation Protection. Plan B with greater coverage is available at annual premium of HKD1,500 and up (exclusive of Employees’ Compensation Protection). For Firm located in buildings that are more than 30 years, or in industrial buildings or in basement, will be subject to different premium to be quoted separately.
(3)	Employees’ Compensation Protection is excluded from the premium waiver. The total premium for the first policy year will be debited from the designated account of the customer from the policy effective date. If the customer terminates the policy before its expiry, the customer is still required to pay a minimum premium of HKD500.
(4)	Customer can apply for multiple Commercial Cards for different Authorised Card Users. A $50 Cash Dollars reward will be made to each Authorised Card User who uses his/her card to spend or make cash advances at least once within 60 days from date of the issuance of the Card Collection Advice. A maximum of $300 Cash Dollars can be rewarded to the same customer under this promotion. Cash Dollars will be credited to the respective Authorised Card Users’ Commercial Card account between 8 to 10 weeks after such Authorised Card User has fulfilled the spending requirement. The Commercial Card account should be valid and have good credit record at the time when the Cash Dollars reward is credited. In addition, for each successful application of autopay service for commercial bills (such as telecommunication services, corporate insurance premium, etc.) with Commercial Card within 3 months from the date of Commercial Card account opening, $30 Cash Dollars will be rewarded up to a maximum of $150 Cash Dollars for each customer.
