Since the launch of Hang Seng e-Statement Service in 2005, more than 150,000 Hang Seng account holders have opted to receive their bank statements via e-mail, saving over 8 million sheets of paper a year!

Now we are extending this service to investment products: our “e-InvestAdvice” Service allows you to receive designated Investment Funds/Securities documents via e-mail and protect the environment together!

Remark:
•	Investment Funds Sole Accounts customers: Application can be submitted via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking / at any Hang Seng Bank branches.
•	Securities Sole Account customers: Application has to be submitted via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking.
•	Securities or Investment Funds Joint Account customers: Application has to be submitted to any Hang Seng Bank branches. After submitting the application, each Securities Joint Account customer has to logon to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking to activate the "e-InvestAdvice" Service.
