For monthly payment mode (if applicable), the eligibility of

by multiplying the monthly premium payment by 12. If customers
enrol in Smart Income Life Insurance Plan or Step-up Income
Life Insurance Plan with lump sum premium payment, the eligibility
will be determined by dividing the lump sum premium payment
by 5. |

The available payment term for Yearly Renewable
Term Plan is annual; the available payment term for 10-Year
Renewable Term Plan is 10 years; hence the maximum amount of
Wellcome Cash Coupons to be received by the customers who successfully
enrol in these plans is HKD780. |

The available payment term for Step-up Income Life
Insurance Plan is 5 years. Hence the customers are entitled
to receive a maximum of HKD5,220 Wellcome Cash Coupons and a
999.9 Fine Gold God of Wealth Ingot (20g) upon successful enrolment

If customers successfully enrol in HSBC Jade Global
Universal Life Plan and HSBC Jade Global Select Universal Life
Plan, the eligibility will be determined by dividing
the lump sum premium payment by 10, and the maximum amount
of Wellcome Cash Coupons to be received by customers is HKD780. |

is from 2 November 2009 to 30 November 2009 (“Promotion
Period”). |

To receive the relevant offers, customers must
successfully enrol in the designated insurance plan(s) listed
above within the Promotion Period (based on the date of signature
on the application form), and the annual premium of each policy
(in HKD) must meet the above preset annualised premium amount. |

To enjoy the offer, the policy must remain in force
after the cooling-off period. |
• |
Hang Seng Bank and Hang Seng Insurance Company
Limited (“Hang Seng Insurance”) reserve the right
to suspend, vary or discontinue the promotion offers, and amend
the relevant terms and conditions without prior notice. In case
of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng Bank and "Hang Seng

successfully enrols in more than one designated plan and the
annual premium of each policy meets the above preset annualised

of Wealth Ingot”) will commensurate with the number of
eligible policies held by the policyholder. However, if the
life insured successfully enrols in more than one policy with
the same plan and same payment term, the policyholder will

entitled to the offer of the Wellcome Cash Coupons, Hotel Dining
Coupons and God of Wealth Ingot once only. |
Terms and Conditions of the God of Wealth Ingot Offer:

The God of Wealth Ingot offer is applicable to
Smart Income Life Insurance Plan and Step-Up Income Life Insurance
Plan with annualized premium of HKD500,000 / USD62,500 or above. |

During the Promotion Period, if the life insured
successfully enrolls in more than one policy with the same plan
and same payment term, the policyholder will be entitled to
one God of Wealth Ingot only. |
• |
The weight of the God of Wealth Ingot is around
10 grams or 20 grams. The God of Wealth Ingot cannot be redeemed
for cash, exchanged for other version of God of Wealth Ingots
or other gifts. |
• |
The picture of the God of Wealth Ingot is for reference
only. Gift is available while stock lasts. Hang Seng Bank and
“Hang Seng Insurance” reserve the right to replace
the God of Wealth Ingot with other gift without prior notice.
The value and kind of the replacement gift may not be equivalent
