The annualized premium does not include rider premium. For monthly payment mode (if applicable), the eligibility of SOGO Gift Certificates / Broadway Gift Vouchers (if applicable) will be determined by multiplying the monthly premium payment by 12. If customers enrol in Target Income Life Insurance Plan with lump sum premium payment, the eligibility will be determined by dividing the lump sum premium payment by 5. If customers successfully enrol in Jade Global Select Universal Life Plan with annualized premium payments for a designated number of years, their eligibility will be determined by multiplying the annualized premium payment by 5.
