The
promotion period of the above promotion
offer is from 1 September 2011 to 30 September 2011
(“Promotion Period”). |

To receive
the relevant offers, customers must successfully
enroll in the Designated Insurance Plan(s)
listed above within the Promotion Period
(based on the date of signature on the application
form), and with policy successfully issued
on or before 30 November 2011. The annual
premium of each policy (in HKD for policy
underwritten by Hang Seng Insurance Company
Limited ("Hang Seng Insurance")),
must meet the above preset annualised premium
amount. |

During the
Promotion Period, if the Life Insured successfully
enrolls in more than one policy with the
same insurance plan and same payment term,
the policyholder will be entitled to SOGO
Gift Certificates or Longevity Gold Foil
Picture once only. This rule is not applicable
to Refundable Cancer Protection Life Insurance
Plan. |

To enjoy
the offer, the policy must remain in force
after the cooling-off period. |

The gift
or the relevant gift redemption letter will
be mailed or delivered in person to the
policyholder or the life insured once the
policy is in force after the policy cooling-off
period. |

Hang Seng
Bank and “Hang Seng Insurance”
reserve the right to suspend, vary or discontinue
the promotion offers, and amend the relevant
terms and conditions without prior notice.
The decision of Hang Seng Bank and “Hang
Seng Insurance” on all matters relating
to the promotion offer shall be final and
binding on all parties concerned. |
Terms and Conditions for the SOGO Gift Certificates
(“Gift Certificates”) Offers:

The Gift
Certificates are available while stocks
last. If the Gift Certificates is running
out of stock, Hang Seng Bank and “Hang
Seng Insurance” reserve the right
to replace and Gift Certificates with another
gift(s). The value and nature of the replacement
gift(s) may differ from the Gift Certificates
offered in this promotion. In case of disputes,
the decision of Hang Seng Bank and "Hang
Seng Insurance" shall be final. |

The Gift
Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash,
nor will change be given, and they cannot
be exchanged for other gifts. The Gift Certificates
will not be re-issued by Hang Seng Bank

Company Limited. For the usage of the Gift

are not the suppliers of the aforementioned
Gift Certificates and will not be responsible
for any related liabilities. In case of
disputes, customers should deal with the

Terms and Conditions for the Longevity Gold Foil Picture
(“Gold Foil Picture”) Reward:

Foil Picture reward is applicable to Jade
Global Select Universal Life Plan, TransACESM
Elite II Universal Life Insurance Plan,
and the universal life insurance plan underwritten by HSBC Life (International) Limited or Transamerica Life (Bermuda) Ltd. |

The picture
is for reference only. The Gold Foil Picture
is available while stocks last. Hang Seng
Bank and “Hang Seng Insurance”
reserve the right to replace the Ornament
with another gift. The value and nature
of the replacement gift may differ from
those of the Ornament offered in this promotion.
In case of disputes, the decision of Hang
Seng Bank and "Hang Seng Insurance"
shall be final. |

Foil Picture and will not be responsible
for any related liabilities. In case of
disputes, customers should deal with the
supplier directly. |

on all matters arising from the Gold Foil
Picture reward shall be final and binding
on all parties concerned. |
