Hang Seng Business e-Banking has introduced the new One-Stop Payroll and MPF Contribution Services to let you manage employees’ payrolls and MPF contributions on one platform efficiently.

The first bank in Hong Kong to provide one-stop payroll and MPF online services that no extra software installation is required
Simply input employees' salaries information with a few steps, the system will automatically calculate the actual payroll and the MPF contribution amounts for you
Payroll data will be stored to free you from re-input; Payroll reports can be retrieved online to enable you to easily search employees’ payroll history
Integrated Business Solutions Account (IBS) customers can enjoy free payroll services
No application is required for the existing Hang Seng Business e-Banking MPF and Autopay customers using this new feature

Terms and Conditions:

Integrated Business Solutions Account customers can enjoy free payroll services, offers include waivers of registration fee, annual fee and transaction fee of “Hang Seng autoPay Service” and charges on first set-up with fewer than ten second parties.
2. Terms and conditions of Business e-Banking application promotion:

Customer who applies for the “Hang Seng Business e-Banking Services” via ’Online Application’ during the period from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2010 (“Service Application Promotion Period”) should input the relevant information when applying for the “Hang Seng Business e-Banking Services”, print out the application form, sign and return the same to any branches of the Bank. To be eligible for the Logitech Cordless Mini Optical Mouse ("the Gift"), customer must complete the relevant registration during the Service Application Promotion Period and within 30 days after the issuance of PINs. Customers who have either (a) cancelled Hang Seng Business e-Banking Services in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of application for such services during the Service Application Promotion Period or (b) subscribed and terminated such Services during the Service Application Promotion Period are not eligible to this offer.

The Gift is available while stocks last.

The Gift will be sent to Customer's correspondence address by mail within 6-8 weeks after completing the relevant registration successfully. The Customer must be a customer of  Hang Seng Business e-Banking at that time.

If the Customer completes Hang Seng Business e-Banking registration more than once, only the first registration made by the Customer will be eligible for the Gift. Only one Gift will be given to each eligible Customer.

The Gift cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The Bank is not the supplier of the Gift, and will not be responsible for any liabilities relating to the Gift. Any disputes arising from the Gift shall be resolved between the Customers and the relevant supplier. The Bank reserves the right to replace the Gift by other prizes with equivalent value. The Bank reserves the right to cancel the above offers, or revise the related terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.

If there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
