| Chinese Dining Offers Terms and Conditions: |

Upon a net spending of HKD300 in one sale slip, customers can redeem a selected dish using $1 Cash Dollar. If customers do not meet the designated spending amount, the selected dish redeemed will be charged at its original price. Original prices of selected dishes are for reference only, please inquire the listed prices at the relevant outlets. |

The offers of “35% off set dinner”, “$1 Cash Dollar redemption” and “15% off whole abalone, lobster and garoupa set dinner” cannot be used in conjunction, while “the trio of classic Cantonese cuisine” offer is an exception. |

These offers are valid for dine-in at designated outlets of Maxim's Chinese restaurants only, and subject to a 10% service charge, a charge for tea, condiments and pre-meal snacks (unless otherwise specified). |

Customers can enjoy each of the offers once per table each time (unless otherwise specified). |

| Cake Offers Terms and Conditions: |

These offers are applicable to all Maxim's Cakes outlets in Hong Kong only, and not applicable to online ordering. |

20% discount offer is only applicable to purchase of any fresh cream cakes (2lbs or above), which is calculated based on its original price. |

Cakes must be collected on the date specified in the invoice, otherwise it will be forfeited. Cancellation or change is not allowed upon receipt of the order. The amount paid of the order will not be returned, and the unsettled amount of the order will be directly debited from the relevant card account. |

In the event of typhoon or other circumstances, customers must change the cake collection date by informing the respective outlet at least 36 hours in advance. |
