Terms and Conditions of the Lucky Draw:
•
The promotion period is from 2 Jul 2009 to 30 Sep 2009 ("Promotion Period").
•
Commercial customers (“Customers”) perform one of the following designated transactions via Hang Seng Business e-Banking during the Promotion Period can be entitled to one lucky draw chance:
(1) Each new Hang Seng Business e-Banking user logons to Hang Seng Business e-Banking for the first time (only the 1st successful registration record will be counted)
(2) Bill Payment
(3) Autopay instruction set up
(4) New time deposit placement
(5) Securities trading
(6) Subscription of Currency-Linked Capital Protected Investment Deposit or MaxiInterest Investment Deposit
(7) Express transfer or remittance
(8) Opening or amending import DC

The transaction execution date shall fall within the Promotion Period. Forward-dated instruction set up during the Promotion Period and with a transaction date out of the Promotion Period will not be counted.

The cut-off time of each monthly lucky draw is 23:59:59 of the cut-off day of each round. The lucky draws will be carried out by computer. Winners will be notified by letter within 30 working days after each lucky draw.

The top 3 customers with the highest count of designated transactions performed via Hang Seng Business e-Banking during the Promotion Period will be granted the grand prizes. Winners will be notified by letter within 6-8 weeks after the Promotion Period.
•
Monthly Lucky Draw: Each customer can only get 1 piece of prize for each month.
•
Customers shall remain as a user of  Hang Seng Business e-Banking Services at the time of prize redemption.
•
Prize redemption will be arranged by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“the Bank”).

Terms and Conditions of Business e-Banking Application Promotion:
•
Customers who apply for Hang Seng Business e-Banking Services online during 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009 ("Service Application Promotion Period") shall input the relevant information on the service application form, sign and return the print-out to any branches of the Bank. To be eligible for the Logitech Cordless Mini Optical Mouse ("Gift"), Customers must complete the relevant registration during the Service Application Promotion Period and within 30 days after the issuance of PINs. Customers who have either (i) cancelled Hang Seng Business e-Banking Services in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of application for such services during the Promotion Period; or (ii) subscribed and terminated such services during the Promotion Period are not eligible to this offer.

The Gift is available while stocks last.
•
The Gift will be sent to Customer's correspondence address by mail within 6-8 weeks after completing the relevant registration successfully.
•
If the Customer completes Hang Seng Business e-Banking registration more than once, only the first registration made by the Customer will be eligible for the Gift. Only one Gift will be given to each eligible Customer.

The prizes and the Gift cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The Bank is not the supplier of the prizes and the Gift, and will not be responsible for any liabilities relating to the prizes and the Gift. Any disputes arising from the prizes and the Gift shall be resolved between the Customers and the relevant supplier. The Bank reserves the right to replace the Gift by other gifts with equivalent value.
The Bank reserves the right to cancel the above offers, or revise the related terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
If there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
