Terms & Conditions:
1.	The offers are only valid for new commercial customers (“New Customers”) who have successfully opened an Integrated Business Solutions Account (“IBS Account”) with Hang Seng Bank Limited (“the Bank”) during the period from 2 November 2009 to 31 January 2010 (“Promotion Period”), excluding (a) existing commercial customers who are holding any Hong Kong Dollars / Foreign Currency savings, current, time deposit accounts or IBS Accounts (collectively the “Accounts”) or; (b) customers who have closed any of the Accounts with the Bank during 1 May 2009 to 31 October 2009 or; (c) customers whose Accounts have been terminated by the Bank in any periods.
2.	The offer is eligible for New Customers who have performed 3 selected transactions successfully via the IBS Account and Business e-Banking within the first 2 months from the day when the IBS Account is opened (“Offer Period”). Selected transactions include Outward Telegraphic Transfer, Autopay, Outward Local Interbank Telegraphic Transfer, Bill Payment and Time Deposit. The transaction execution date shall fall within the Offer Period. Forward-dated instruction set up during the Offer Period and with a transaction date out of the Offer Period will not be counted. The value of a 24K gold-plated ornament (“the Gift”) is HKD1,200 and the Gift is available while stocks last. Each customer is entitled to receive one Gift only. The Gift will be mailed to the correspondence address of the eligible customer held by the Bank on or before 31 May 2010. The Bank will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the Gift occurred during the mailing or delivery process. The Bank is not the supplier of the Gift and will not be responsible for any liabilities incurred relating to the Gift. Any disputes arising from the Gift should be resolved between the customers and the relevant supplier. The Gift cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The picture of the Gift is not published according to the actual size of the Gift and is for reference only. The actual size of the Gift is approximately: 24K gold-plated item: 80 mm (H) x 60 mm (W); wooden base: 110 mm (L) x 125 mm (W) x 30 mm (H). The actual Gift includes a transparent protective cover. The Bank reserves the right to replace the Gift with other gifts of equivalent value.
3.	Free payroll services include the waivers of registration fee, annual fee and transaction fee of “Hang Seng autoPay Service” and charges on first set-up with fewer than ten second parties.
4.	Customers have to maintain a monthly Total Relationship Balance of HKD3,000 equivalent or above during the waiver period to enjoy the monthly fee waiver privilege. Start-up companies refer to Hong Kong companies established / registered within 12 months before opening of the new IBS Account.

•	The Bank reserves the right to revise or cancel the above offers, or revise the related terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
•	If there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
