The Samsung GALAXY Tab promotional
offer (“Promotional Offer”) is valid from 19 November
2010 to 31 December 2011 at 3Shop in Hong Kong only. |

The Promotional Offer is applicable
to new and selected existing customer only. |
| • |
The Promotional Offer is applicable to
cardholders (the ”Cardholders”) holding designated
Hang Seng Credit Cards or co-branded cards (excluding CUP
Credit Card, JCB Card, Renminbi Credit Card, U-Smart Credit
Card, Fortune MasterCard and Forever Friends Card) issued
by Hang Seng Bank Limited (the “Bank”). |

To enjoy the Promotional Offer, Cardholders
are required to subscribe to specific VAS packages with minimum
HKD28 per month during the contract period and pay for the
monthly MTR, tunnels and mobile service license fee of HKD12
and commit to a Hang Seng Credit Card Interest-Free Instalment
Plan (“Instalment Plan”) with the Bank upon the
terms and conditions as set out in the Hang Seng Credit Card
Samsung GALAXY Tab Promotional Offer Instalment Plan Form
to purchase the Samsung GALAXY Tab (total purchase amount
will be HKD4,680) from Hutchison Telecommunications (Hong
Kong) Limited (the “Merchant”) and subscribe to
a designated service plan (the “Service Plan”)
provided by the Merchant for a contract period of 24/30/36
months and settle the purchase price of the Samsung GALAXY
Tab by 24/30/36 monthly instalments and the monthly service
fees for the Service Plan by Direct Debit Authorization (“DDA”)
through a designated Hang Seng Credit Card (“Designated
Card”). In case of early disconnection during the contract
period for whatsoever reasons, a liquidated damage fee will
be charged by 3HK. |

The Promotional Offer cannot be used
in conjunction with any other discounts or offers, unless
otherwise specified. |
| • |
The name of Cardholder must be the same
as the subscriber of the Service Plan. |
| • |
Unless otherwise specified, the usage
entitlement and fee of the monthly plan applies to local service
only. Thereafter charges please refer to tab.three.com.hk. |
| • |
All usage is subject to the 3 Hong Kong
Service Usage Policy. |
| • |
Cardholders shall comply with the Terms
& Conditions for Interest-Free Instalment Plan set out
below. |
| • |
Cardholders are entitled to a cash reward
being a waiver of the balance of the original price of Samsung
GALAXY Tab after deducting the purchase price of the Samsung
GALAXY Tab paid by the Cardholder under the Instalment Plan,
ranging from HKD1,700 to HKD4,680 (“Cash Reward”)
depending on the Service Plan subscribed upon completion of
the 24/30/36 months Instalment Plan and Service Plan without
termination and alteration. |
| • |
For the avoidance of doubt, a Cardholder
will not be eligible for the Cash Reward under any of the
following scenarios: |

| (i) |
If the Cardholder
alters or terminates the Service Plan and/or terminates
the DDA arrangement with the Merchant within the 24/30/36-month
contract period; |
| (ii) |
if the Designated
Card account (or such other card account as the Cardholder
may subsequently maintain with the Bank in replacement
or substitution of the original card account) (“Payment
Account”) is terminated for whatever reason
including but not limited to termination under Clause
7 of the Terms & Conditions for Interest-Free
Instalment Plan before the end of the 24/30/36-month
instalment tenor; |
| (iii) |
if the Cardholder
early settles all instalment payments and terminate
the Instalment Plan before the end of the 24/30-36-month
instalment tenor; |
| (iv) |
if the Cardholder
cannot activate an account the Service Plan with the
Merchant; |
| (v) |
if the Merchant terminates
the Service Plan or ceases to provide any service
to the Cardholder for whatever reason within the 24/30/36-month
contract period. |

The Bank is entitled to
charge Cardholders who are not eligible for the Cash Reward
the remaining balance of the original price of Samsung GALAXY
Tab by debiting the Designated Card or otherwise. The Bank
and the Merchant shall have absolute discretion in determining
whether any Cardholder is eligible for the Cash Reward. The
Bank shall be entitled to withdraw the Cash Reward and charge
the remaining balance of the original price of Samsung GALAXY
Tab to any Cardholder as the Bank in its sole discretion considers
appropriate. |
| • |
The Bank will hold an amount
equivalent to the original price of Samsung GALAXY Tab from
the credit limit of the Designated Card. Frozen credit limit
attributable to the Cash Reward will be released on 25th/31st
/37th month subject to full fulfilment of the above requirements
for Cash Reward. |

The Bank and the Merchant
reserve the right to vary or terminate the Promotional Offer
at any time and to amend these terms and conditions from time
to time. |
| • |
All products, services and
information related to the Promotional Offer are directly
sold and supplied to Cardholders by the Merchant. The Bank
accepts no liability for the quality of the goods and services
provided by the Merchant. |
| • |
In the event of any dispute
in respect of the Promotional Offer, the decision of the Bank
and the Merchant shall be final. |

The English version of these
Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy
between the English and Chinese versions. |
