Seminar for Commercial Customers - "Mainland Processing Trade and Export VAT Tax Refund Policy"
To shape the economic development and to protect the environment, the China government has revised Export VAT refund policy for the Prohibited Category of Processing Trade. These policy changes have brought great challenges for those enterprises involving processing trade. In particular, the enterprises may suffer additional tax expenses and exert pressure on business restructuring under the new policy. On 30 January, Hang Seng Bank and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu spoke in a free seminar for our commercial customers on "Mainland Processing Trade and Export VAT Tax Refund Policy" to provide an update of this latest policy and its implications to the enterprises.

Seminar contents:

Illustrate the latest policy, challenges and opportunities for enterprises with case studies
Review business strategy and provide examples on real case tax and financial planning under the new policy
