Terms and Conditions for Credit Card Online Bill Payment Lucky Draw
•
 Promotion period is from 14 December 2003 to 28 February 2004.
•
 During the promotion period, customer will be entitled to a chance of lucky draw whenever using Hang Seng Credit Card (except for e-shopping MasterCard, Private Label Card, USD VISA Gold Card and Fortune Master Card) to pay bills of HKD200 or above (per bill) via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking.
•
 If customers pay the same merchant (payee) more than once on the same day, only the first transaction with amount HKD200 or above will be counted. For customers using different Credit Cards to pay the same merchant on the same day, only the first transaction over HKD200 will be counted.
•
 Customers who pay bills on or before 5:00pm per day can enter the lucky draw game after 2:00pm after two working days, except after 5:00pm each day, Sunday and public holidays when the transaction will be counted in next working day. For forward-dated instruction, the transaction will be count when the bill amount is settled on the payment date. The lucky draw will be executed by computer on the Internet and the result will be shown on the screen instantly.
•
 Customers can check their own lucky draw results from Personal e-Banking.
•
 All lucky draw chances must be completed on or before 12 March 2004. The remaining lucky draw chances will be forfeited after the expiry date.
•
 The bill payment transactions for Principal Cardholder and Supplementary Cardholder will be counted separately.
•
 All winners will be notified by e-mail and are required to collect their prizes as arranged by Hang Seng Bank.
•
 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
•
 Employees of Hang Seng Bank and its subsidiary companies and their relatives, and employees of advertising agencies are not eligible for participating in the lucky draw.
