HKD300 Supermarket Coupon (“Coupon”)
is only applicable to commercial customers
who have applied for the Hang Seng Business
Loan and subsequently upload the required supporting
documents through  between
18 July 2016 and 30 September 2016,
and the application must be successfully
approved and drawn down on or before
31 October 2016. Hang Seng will send
the Coupon to the eligible customers
on or before 31 December 2016. For the
Coupon details, please refer to the
terms and conditions printed on the
Coupon or contact its supplier for enquiry.
The Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash
or any other gifts. Hang Seng reserves
the right to replace it by another gift
without further notice. Hang Seng is
not the supplier of the Coupon and will
not be responsible for any liabilities
related thereto . Anything disputes
related to the Coupon should be resolved
between the customer and the supplier. |

Hang
Seng reserves the right to request any
further supporting documents / information. |
| 4. |
The
monthly repayment amount of Instalment
Loan is rounded up to 1 decimal point.
The proportion of loan principal to
interest in each monthly instalment
amount is calculated according to the
"Rule of 78". |
| 5. |
Customers may choose to pay interest
only and not to make any principal repayment
in the first 3 months of the repayment
period. Afterwards, customers shall
repay the entire principal and pay interest
in the remaining repayment period. |
| 6. |
Customers may apply for the Top-up Loan
to reborrow the repaid principal amount
under the Instalment Loan of the Business
Loan if at least 6 monthly instalments
have been repaid (excluding the first
3 monthly instalments with principal
repayment waiver, if applicable). Such
applications are subject to Hang Seng's
usual credit assessment procedures. |

Customers must make a minimum payment
of an amount equivalent to 10% of the
total outstanding amount on or before
the payment due date as shown in the
relevant monthly statement. |
| 8. |
Customers can enjoy the 3-year annual
fee waiver and prevailing welcome privileges
upon successful application for the
Hang Seng Commercial Card. Please visit  for details. The Priority Approval
of Commercial Card and its welcome privileges
are only applicable to customers who
have successfully applied for and drawn
down the Business Loan and signed the
related application form. The provision
of relevant privileges and final approved
credit limit are subject to individual
customers credit assessment result and
Hang Seng may request any further supporting
documents / information from the customer
for approval purposes. Hang Seng reserves
the right of final approval. |

Hang Seng will follow up with the Contact
Person / Key Principal(s) within the
next working day for the online application
of Business Loan. For enquiries, please
call 2198 8000. |
| 10. |
Hang
Seng reserves the right to revise the
above terms and conditions at any time
without prior notice. In case of any
disputes, Hang Seng reserves the right
of final decision. |
| 11. |
No person other than the customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

| 13. |
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
|
| 14. |
The English version of the above shall
prevail whenever there is a discrepancy
between the English and Chinese versions.
