Summer Delight Offers - General Terms and Conditions:
The promotional period of Offer 1 – 3 is from 18 July to 30 September 2016, while that of Offer 4 has 3 promotional periods: 1) 8-31 July 2016; 2) 1-31 August 2016 and 3) 1-10 September 2016.
Customers are required to spend and pay the monthly service fee through autopay with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Business Card or Corporate Card (“Eligible Credit Cards”) to enjoy the above offers. The offers are not applicable to Hang Seng CUP Credit Card, Renminbi Credit Card and UnionPay RMB Diamond Commercial Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping MasterCard, Spending Card and Private Label Card.
Summer Delight Offers can be used in conjunction with each other. But any of Summer Delight Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Summer Delight Offers – SmarTone Terms and Conditions:
   
SmarTone Screen Replace™ :
Each service plan can be used in conjunction with this offer once only.
Upon accidental physical damage of the smartphone screen and/or its attached LCD panel, within 12 months of the effective date of Screen Replace and subscription to a designated SuperCare Plan, SmarTone will reimburse the cost of screen/LCD panel repair or replacement, once only within the first 12 months from the effective date of Screen Replace.
The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice from the smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by SmarTone.
(Applicable to iPhone) The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the handset screen and/or its attached LCD panel, and expressly excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. If the smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centres, as stipulated by SmarTone, offer a handset replacement as the only option for repair, SmarTone may exercise discretion and will reimburse 60% on the cost of handset replacement. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time and SmarTone's decision on the validity for reimbursement is absolute and final.

Only available to customers who newly subscribe to the SuperCare Family Plans.
Customers can enjoy extra double-up local data in the first 6 bill months within the contract period. The extra local data is equivalent to the local data allowance of the service plan at the time of subscription. The extra local data under this offer will be forfeited if the Customer changes to other service plans.

Offer 3: 50% off for designated smartphones
Customers can enjoy a 50% discount on designated smartphones at the time of subscription to a designated SIM Only SuperCare Family Plan within promotional period. The 50% discount is calculated as per the prevailing Recommended Retail Price of designated smartphones. All purchased smartphones come with free 12 months’ SmarTone Screen ReplaceTM. The available specified models and the Recommended Retail Price will be updated from time to time. Please ask SmarTone’s store assistants for details.

Offer 4: Up to 5 days free roaming data
SuperCare Family Plan customers have to register and use the Virtual WiFi Egg during the promotional periods of Virtual WiFi Egg Summer Promotion.
The discount is based on a first-use basis according to destination and date of usage, and will reset for each promotional period.
Each SIM card under SuperCare Family Plan will enjoy free 1-day roaming data in each promotional period. For example, with the SuperCare Family Plan (20GB) with 5 SIM cards, up to 5-days free roaming data can be enjoyed in each promotional period. A day is defined as 00:00 to 23:59 local time of the visited destination and is levied daily on a per-roaming destination basis.
