Terms and Conditions for extra Cash
Dollars program: |
| 1. |
This
promotion offer is only applicable to the
designated credit card Principal Card account,
which is specified in the promotion e-mail
for selected customer. This promotion offer
is not applicable to the related Supplementary
Cards for which transactions are posted
to the same Principal Card account. |
| 2. |
The
promotion period is from 1 December 2016 to
28 February 2017 (“Promotion Period”).
There are 3 spending months in the Promotion
Period: Spending Month 1 is from 1 to 31 December 2016, Spending Month 2 is from 1 to
31 January 2017 and Spending Month 3 is from
1 to 28 February 2017. |

The extra Cash Dollars offer is calculated on the basis of the monthly spending target that you achieve by making eligible spending in each month. For details of the spending targets and the extra Cash Dollars, please refer to the promotional email. |
| 4. |
Eligible
spending refers to the purchases made by
the designated credit card during the Promotion
Period. The eligible spending is based on
the date of transaction and which are successfully
posted on or before 15 March 2017. |
| 5. |
Eligible
spending excludes tax payments, credit card
online bill payments (including but not
limited to water bills, electricity bills,
insurance premiums, payments to other banks
and credit cards, etc.), instalment payments
for Welcome Gifts, Octopus Automatic Add-Value
Service top-up amount, annual fees / service
charges, finance charges, merchant instalment
payments, instalment payments of Cash Instalment
Plan / Spending Instalment Plan / Tax Instalment
Plan / Balance Instalment Plan, balance
transfers and monthly repayments, cash advance
transaction, autopay, transactions under
recurring payment instructions, transactions
with low interest offer or interest rebate
offers and purchases of casino chips. |

Eligible
spending is based on the net spending amount,
and net spending amount means the final
amount charged to the designated credit
card, the use of discount offers, coupon,
vouchers and Cash Dollars / Merchant Dollars
/ enJoy Dollars will not be taken into account. |
| 7. |
Eligible
spending shall be subject to the records
of Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”).
Any fraudulent, cancelled or rejected transaction
will not be regarded as an eligible transaction. |
| 8. |
Hang Seng reserves the right to deduct the total amount
of all cancelled or rejected transactions
during
the whole promotion period from the total amount of
eligible spending (no matter whether
the cancelled or rejected transactions were
made within the Promotion Period) when calculating
the spending targets. |
| 9. |
Selected
customers need to call registration hotline
2998 6088 and register successfully with
the designated credit card once only by
15 February 2017 and the eligible spending
made before and after the registration can
also be used to calculate the extra Cash
Dollars offers. |
| 10. |
If
the designated credit card is upgraded /
converted to a new credit card account,
selected customers need to call 2998 6899
to arrange combining the eligible spending
of both the old and new card for calculation
of the extra Cash Dollars offers. |
| 11. |
Extra
Cash Dollars will be automatically credited
into the credit card account of eligible
customer once and for all within 10 weeks
after the end of the Promotion Period. Only
customer whose credit card account is valid
and in good standing will be entitled to
the Cash Dollars offer. |
| 12. |
No
alteration or cancellation can be made to
the registration, and all rewarded Cash
Dollars cannot be transferred or exchanged
for cash. |
| 13. |
Selected
customers must keep original sales slips
of all posted transactions. Hang Seng reserves
the right to request customers to provide
the relevant original sales slips for verification.
All sales slips submitted to Hang Seng will
not be returned. |
General Terms and Conditions: |

Seng reserves the right to suspend, vary
or terminate the above offers and amend
the above terms and conditions at any time. |

No person other than the selected customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions. |

These
Terms and Conditions are governed by
and will be construed in accordance with the laws
of the Hong Kong Special Administrative
Region. |
• |
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements. |
• |
In
case of any discrepancy between the English
and Chinese versions of these terms and
conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
Note: The remuneration packages of our direct
sales staff and authorized agents (including
basic salary and incentive) are based on the
performance of various aspects, and not only
sales oriented.
