  3. 30 Lucky Draw winners (“Winners”) will be drawn randomly to get a HKD5,000 Apple Store Gift Card each as the prize ("Prize"). Each Eligible customer can get one Prize only.
  4. Completion time of the Designated items are subject to the Bank's record. The Bank will determine the eligibility of the entries for the Lucky Draw based on the record held by the Bank. In case of any disputes, The Bank’s record shall be final and conclusive.
  5. On or before 31 March 2022, the redemption letter notifying winner of the redemption details will be mailed by the Bank. All relevant accounts of the Winner must remain valid until the mailing date of the redemption letter.
  6. In case of any reason the Bank is unable to provide the Prizes, the Bank reserves the right to substitute the Lucky Draw Prizes with other gifts at any time without prior notice. The value or nature of the substitute gift may differ from the Prizes offered for this Promotion.
  7. The Bank is not the supplier of the Prizes, and shall not be responsible for any legal liabilities related to the Prizes. Any disputes relating to the Prizes shall be settled between the Eligible Customers and the supplier directly.
  8. The Offer is considered on a "per-eligible customer basis". In case the relevant account is a joint-named account, only the primary account holder can enjoy the offers.
  9. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer is not applicable to Business Banking and Private Banking customers of the Bank, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offer(s) of the Bank.
  10. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate all the offers at any time and to amend the relevant terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The decision of the Bank on all matters relating to this promotion and the relevant offers shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
  11. No person other than the Customers and the Bank (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
  12. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  13. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  14. In case of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  • Foreign exchange and precious metal trading involves a high degree of risk. You may sustain a substantial or even total loss of your initial collateral. Important Information for “Investor Protection Assessment”

  • Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng Bank” or “the Bank”) is committed to exercising care and providing additional protection to vulnerable customers in the sale of investment products. This assessment is provided by the Bank and is intended to help customer understand whether he/ she is a Vulnerable Customer based on his/ her personal circumstances, including his/ her investment trading experience.
  • The investor protection status derived from this Investor Protection Assessment will be valid for 1 year from the last updated date unless there is any update on the customer’s circumstances in the Bank’s record in which case the assessment result would become invalid automatically. Customer should complete a new assessment if there are any changes to the customer’s circumstances that may impact his/her investor protection status.
  • Any assessment on the customer’s investor protection status will be based on the information in the Bank’s record (such as age, education level, net liquid asset and investment experience in past 5 years), the information customer provides to the Bank and the observation from the sales staff when contacting with customer. If a customer fails to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, it will affect the Bank’s assessment of the customer’s investor protection status and any services that may be provided.
  • For joint account, each account holder must complete an investor protection assessment separately.
