Terms and Conditions for "Hang Seng Credit Card Online Shopping Privilege at Price.com.hk”

1. The Promotion Period is from 11:00 am on 1 July to 11:59 pm on 31 December 2023, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. Offer is applicable to Hang Seng Visa or Mastercard® Credit Card (“Eligible Cards”). Hang Seng CUP Credit Card, Commercial Card, Business Card, UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card and Private Label Card are not applicable to this offer.
3. Customers can enjoy HKD100 instant discount upon single net spending of HKD700 or above at each merchant (“Offer”) at Price.com.hk (“Merchant”) website or mobile app (“Price.com.hk Platform”) with the designated promotion code ("Promo Code") and settle the payment in full using the Eligible Card upon checkout during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”).
4. Offer is available in a monthly quota cap of 3,000. The monthly quota will be updated at 11:00am on the 1st of every month during the Promotion Period, on a first-come-first-served basis and while quota lasts. Offer is subject to the quota usage status at Price.com.hk Platform. Quota full message will be shown on Price.com.hk Platform if the Offer quota is full.
5. Each customer can enjoy Offer once only per month.
6. Promo Code cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used for any order business purpose in conjunction with other promo code, cash vouchers, shopping coupons, e-Gift Vouchers or discounts, cannot be transferred to the others, exchanged as cash or other offers.
7. Offer is not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers (unless otherwise specified).
8. All products and the relevant information of the Offer are directly sold and supplied by the participating merchants on Price.com.hk Platform who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") is not responsible for any product quality, delivery or self pick-up arrangement, warranty and repair services of the products sold by the participating merchants, including those parallel imported. Customers should assess the related risks before purchase. Please contact the participating merchants for product details.
9. Offer is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant. Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
10. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
11. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
12. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
13. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
