  1. The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card (the “Eligible Credit Card(s)”) customers (the “Customer(s)”).
  2. To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers are required to settle whole payment using their Eligible Credit Card.
  3. The Promotion is applicable to the purchase of “POWER UP! Concert Series” (the “Concert(s)”) at designated website (tix-get-go.kktix.cc) (the “E-Ticket(s)”) only. To enjoy the exclusive priority booking, Customers must be or register to be a Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX member.
  4. The priority booking period of the Promotion please refer to the Promotion materials listed on this promotional page. E-Tickets are limited on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last.
  5. Upon successful purchase transaction, Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX will distribute the E-Tickets to the email address provided on the Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX membership subscription record. If you have not received any order confirmation email after the order is confirmed, please email to hksupport@kktix.com Customers should ensure the email address and information are correct on Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX membership subscription record. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), Yiu Wing Live (“Yiu Wing Live/ Concerts’ Organizer”) and Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX are not responsible for undelivered E-Tickets due to wrong or inaccurate email address or information. In case of any related enquiry, the Customers shall directly contact Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX for enquiry.
  6. Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX will automatically assign available seats for Customers, seating request is not allowed, the exact seat number will be shown on the e-tickets.
  7. Each Eligible Credit Card is allowed to purchase up to 6 E-Tickets per transaction. The purchase of E-Tickets is based on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last. Platform fee and handling fee will be charged by ticketing platform and event organizer. Additional handling fee will be charged to customer who makes the payment without using an eligible credit card. For the abovesaid details, please refer to designated ticketing website.
  8. All purchased and issued E-Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded.
  9. Once the transaction is accepted, total price of Ticket(s), Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX platform fee and handling fee will be debited instantly from the Customer’s Eligible Credit Card account. The amount is not refundable, and the transaction is valid only if the account has sufficient available credit limit.
  10. Each e-ticket admits one person only. The e-ticket must be presented on-site for admission.
  11. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  12. Customers must be or register to be a Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX member to purchase E-Tickets. The Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX member service is bound by the terms and conditions set by Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX. For the details, please contact Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX.
  13. The Concerts is organized by Yiu Wing Live. All information and services are directly supplied by Yiu Wing Live who is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Concerts. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Concerts.
  14. In case the concert is cancelled or postponed, Yiu Wing Live is responsible for the relevant event arrangement and reserves the right for the reschedule of the event. Yiu Wing Live reserves the right to reduce the number of seats, cancel, or postpone the Concerts due to the development of the COVID-19 epidemic and related prevention measures, or any reason. If the concert is cancelled or postponed due to HKSAR’s government epidemic restrictions, the ticket retention period is one year. If the Promotion cannot be held within one year of time, customers can apply for refund through Yiu Wing Live.
  15. All spectators must follow the government’s latest epidemic prevention measures including but not limited to Vaccine Pass and the venue’s house rules during admission and the show. Anyone who failed to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the E-Tickets(s) fee and customer service fee shall not be refunded. Please contact Yiu Wing Live for enquiry.
  16. Booking service of E-Tickets is provided by Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX. The use of booking service of E-Tickets is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by KKTIX. Hang Seng disclaims any liabilities in relation thereto.
  17. Hang Seng, Yiu Wing Live and Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice.
  18. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
  19. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  20. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  21. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng, Yiu Wing Live and Tix-get-go Powered by KKTIX shall be final.
  22. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

  5. Upon successful purchase, BOOKYAY will distribute the Tickets to the delivery address provided on BOOKYAY membership record. If you have not received any order confirmation email after the order is confirmed, please whatsapp +852 9541 1339. Customers should ensure the email address and delivery address on BOOKYAY membership record are correct. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), Sunny Side Up Entertainment (“SSU”/Concert Organizer”) and BOOKYAY are not responsible for undelivered Tickets due to wrong or inaccurate delivery address or information. Terms and Conditions of Hang Seng MasterCard® Credit Card AXA Presents Hacken Lee x HK Phil Concert Priority Booking (the “Promotion”)

  1. The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Mastercard® Credit Card (the “Eligible Credit Card(s)”) customers (the “Customer(s)”).
  2. To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers are required to settle whole payment using their Eligible Credit Card.
  3. The priority booking period for Eligible Credit Cards is from 10 a.m. on 22 March, 2023 to 11:59 p.m. on 26 March, 2023, while stocks last. During the priority booking period, Customers can make priority booking through HK Ticketing website www.hkticketing.com, through the priority booking hotline (852) 31 288 288 (Monday to Sunday 10am-8pm) or HK Ticketing Mobile App only.
  4. For priority booking period of the Promotion please refer to the Promotion materials listed on this promotional page. Tickets are limited on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last.
  5. Upon successful purchase, HK Ticketing will distribute the Tickets to the delivery address provided upon ticket purchase checkout, approximately seven (7) days before the concert date. If tickets are not delivered by 5 May 2023, please contact HK Ticketing for assistance by email: online@hkticketing.com or by phone: (852) 31 288 288 (Office hours: Monday to Sunday 10am-8pm). Customers should ensure the email address and delivery address on HK Ticketing record entered upon ticket purchase checkout are correct. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), Emperor Entertainment (Hong Kong) Limited (Concert Organizer”) and HK Ticketing are not responsible for undelivered Tickets due to wrong or inaccurate delivery address or information. In case of any related enquiry, the Customers shall directly contact HK Ticketing for enquiry.
  6. Seats are allocated by HK Ticketing on a first-come-first-served basis, depending on the transaction date and time. No seat selection is available. For purchase of more than 2 tickets, HK Ticketing reserves the right to arrange separate seats (including allocation of seats in odd numbers).
  7. Each Eligible Credit Card is allowed to purchase up to 8 Tickets per transaction. The purchase of Ticket(s) is based on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last. HK Ticketing will charge an administration fee of HKD38 for each Ticket and a delivery fee of HKD35 for each order (no more than 8 Tickets per delivery).
  8. All purchased and issued Ticket(s) cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded. If the Tickets are lost, defaced or stolen, the Concert Organizer and HK Ticketing will not reissue or replace the tickets and will not bear any responsibility. For the refund arrangement caused by the postponement or cancellation of the concert by the Concert Organizer, the Concert Organizer reserves the right to require the production of relevant valid and complete original tickets (together with ticket stubs), and has the right to refuse to process the concert tickets without presenting relevant valid and complete original tickets. Refund request with tickets (together with stubs).
  9. Once the transaction is accepted, total price of Ticket(s), HK Ticketing administration fee and delivery fee will be debited instantly from the Customer’s Eligible Credit Card. All fees charged, including but not limited to HK Ticketing administration fee and delivery fee (if applicable), are non-refundable under any circumstances. The amount is not refundable, and the transaction is valid only if the account has sufficient available credit limit. If the charge cannot be successfully deducted, the order will be automatically voided. HK Ticketing will give appropriate notice in this regard
  10. Suitable for aged 6 or above, each Ticket admits one person only. The Ticket must be presented on-site for admission.
  11. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  12. Ticket booking, delivery, and re-issuance are subject to the terms and conditions of HK Ticketing.
  13. The Concert is organized by Concert Organizer. All information and services are directly supplied by Concert Organizer. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Concert.
  14. The Concert Organizer has the sole discretion in decisions and announcements regarding arrangements of postponement or refund of the Activity, including where the aforementioned is due to any incidents (including any force majeure events), in case of cancellation or postponement of the Concert without prior notice. In case of any dispute(s) arising between the Concert Organizer and the Customer(s), the Concert Organizer reserves the right for the final decision at its own discretion. If the Concert Organizer arrange a refund, the refund shall be made to the holders of the tickets only. Hang Seng and HK Ticketing (except providing ticket selling services) are not the supplier of the above Concert/products/services (including arrangements of ticket refund), thereby are not responsible for any related Concert/products/services (including arrangements of ticket refund). The Concert Organizer are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities of all Concert/products/services (including arrangements of ticket refund).
  15. In the event of Concert cancellation, postponement or seats being reduced, the Concert Organizer reserves the right to refund amounts paid for tickets or reschedule the Concert. For the avoidance of doubt, there shall only be a refund in respect of the same value of the tickets purchased which shall not include any courier fee charged (if the tickets are delivered to the cardholders) or any customer service fees or administrative fees charged (if any).
  16. Hang Seng, Concert Organizer and HK Ticketing reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice.
  17. HK Ticketing's ticket purchase service is provided by HK Ticketing and is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by HK Ticketing.
  18. HK Ticketing will collect the cardholder's personal data, and the use of the personal data will be governed by the designated HK Ticketing Personal Data Collection Statement. Hang Seng and the Concert Organizer are not involved in any collection and use of personal data, please contact HK Ticketing for details.
