Remittance Fee Waiver for Designated Outward Remittance
From now till 31 December 2021, you can enjoy a remittance fee waiverFootnote remark[2] upon successfully setting up and completing a designated outward remittance instructionFootnote remark[3] with an amount of at least HKD100,000 or its equivalent (Eligible Transaction) via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking, the phone banking hotline or any branch.

Remarks:
  • Track My Remittance can trace the progress of outward remittances to overseas (except for 1. remittance to Hang Seng China; and 2. remittance to Mainland China in RMB) which are pending to be effected / already effected by intermediary banks and payee banks. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for Notes for Use of Track My Remittance Service.
  • Charges out of scope of designated outward remittance fees, and charges levied by the beneficiary bank in connection with the Eligible Transactions will not be waived. Please refer to the Bank’s Tariff Guide for Hang Seng Wealth and Personal Banking Customers for details of service fees for outward remittances.
  • Not applicable to local interbank transfers via the Clearing House Automated Transfer System (i.e. CHATS), the Faster Payment System (“FPS”) and other local transfer channels.
