Notes for Use of Track My Remittance Service:

  • Remittance records do not cover transfers within our bank and transfers to local banks. On the other hand, customer can find the pending remittance instruction under P.P Payment Platform> Transfer > Pending Transfers.
  • Remittance records do not cover remittance instructions to Hang Seng China. Remittance to Hang Seng China submitted within service hour would normally be transferred to beneficiary account on the same day. If the instruction is submitted after service hour, the fund would be transferred to beneficiary account on the next mainland China and Hong Kong SAR working day.
  • Remittance service will inform customer’s preferred charge option to the intermediary and the payee's banks but it's on their discretion how to charge for the fund transfers.
  • The settlement amount may be unavailable due to missing data or insufficient information.
  • The information in Track My Remittance is for reference only. Customer’s remittance record might not be timely updated due to the respective system operations of our bank, intermediary or payee's banks.
  • For further enquiry on the transfer instruction, you may call our remittance hotline at (852) 2123 1088.
