Terms and Conditions of “Hang Seng Credit Card Professional Hospital Health Check Package Offers” (the “Promotion”)

The promotion period of the Promotion is valid from 3 September to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
Customers must settle the payment with the related eligible Credit Cards (the “Eligible Credit Card(s)”) as specified below to enjoy the corresponding offers:
1. 2.1. “Offer 1” is only applicable to Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card and enJoy Spending Card, but excluding Commercial Card, Business Card, other Spending Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards.
2. 2.2. “Offer 2” is only applicable to Hang Seng Credit Card and Affinity Card, but excluding Supplementary Card, Commercial Card, Business Card, Spending Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards.
Unless otherwise specified, “Offer 1” is only applicable to the designated hospitals in Hong Kong listed in Appendix 1 of these Terms and Conditions (the “Offer 1 Designated Hospitals”). For “Offer 2”, only those designated hospitals which are listed in both Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 (the “Offer 2 Designated Hospitals”) will participate in “Offer 2”. Customers are advised to refer to the latest Appendix 1 / Appendix 2 before patronage. The Bank reserves the right to update the lists of designated hospitals in Appendix 1 / Appendix 2 from time to time without prior notice.
“Selected health check packages and medical products” (“Offer 1”): During the Promotion Period, customers who make a single transaction at the designated hospitals listed on this promotion webpage with an Eligible Credit Card (split transactions, instalment purchases, voucher / gift card purchases, Octopus add value and transactions via e-wallets are excluded), may enjoy the relevant selected health check packages and medical products at promotional price (“Eligible Transaction”). For details of the promotional prices for the selected health check packages and medical products, please refer to the offer list on this promotion webpage or enquire with the relevant designated hospital.
“$1 +FUN Dollar Extra Reward Redemption Offer” (“Offer 2”): During the Promotion Period, customers who, at the Designated Hospital under “Offer 2”, redeem using $1 +FUN Dollar and successfully pay for a health check package with the same credit card, and complete such redemption and the relevant eligible transaction on the same day, will be entitled to receive an additional $100 +FUN Dollars reward (“Extra Reward”).
1. 5.1.During the Promotion Period, each eligible principal cardholder may receive the extra reward under “Offer 2” no more than once per calendar month (the “Monthly Cap”), taking into account all eligible credit cards held by such cardholder. “Each calendar month” means from 00:00 on the 1st day of the month to 23:59 on the last day of the same month, Hong Kong time.
2. 5.2. As the designated hospitals are unable to instantly verify a principal cardholder’s utilisation of the Monthly Cap, if a customer has made a redemption under “Offer 2” within the same calendar month, the Bank will, based on the Bank’s records, confirm that the customer has reached the Monthly Cap for that calendar month, and such redemption(s) will not be entitled to any Extra Reward. For any redemption/transaction for which no Extra Reward is awarded, any $1 and/or +FUN Dollars deducted (if applicable) will not be refunded.
The Extra Reward will be credited to the Eligible Credit Card account in the following two phases, based on the date of successful redemption. If the Extra Reward is redeemed using a supplementary card, such Extra Reward will in all cases be credited to the principal card account of the relevant Eligible Credit Card. Such credit card accounts must remain valid and in good standing when the relevant rewards are credited. “Offer 2” is subject to a limited redemption quota for each phase and is available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. The closing date for “Offer 2” will depend on the utilisation of the redemption quota for that phase. If the quota for the relevant phase has been fully used, this will be announced on the promotion webpage. “Offer 2” is also subject to the Monthly Cap set out in Clause 5.1.
Once a transaction made with +FUN Dollars has been processed, the required +FUN Dollars will be deducted instantly from Members’ credit card accounts. Under no circumstances will any +FUN Dollars deducted be refunded, including but not limited to cases where the customer is not awarded the Extra Reward due to exceeding the Monthly Cap set out in Clause 5.1, the redemption quota being fully used, or any ineligibility.
Member cannot enjoy the “Offer 2” if the amount of +FUN Dollars in their account is insufficient.

+FUN Dollars cannot be transferred or converted into cash or other product under any circumstances.
Hang Seng reserves the right to vary or convert +FUN Dollars to other forms of rewards (including but not limited to points or cash rebates) equivalent to the same values/amounts/earning ratio of the +FUN Dollars to eligible customers from time to time without prior notice.
Any transactions which are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled / returned will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this Promotion.
All product details and prices, which are provided by the Designated Hospitals for reference only, and are subject to change without further notice.
All health check packages, medical products and related services and product information under this Promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by the Designated Hospital, which is solely responsible for the liabilities arising from those packages, products and services.
The Promotion is governed by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant Terms and Conditions of the Designated Hospitals and their designated packages/products as set out in Appendix 3 (if applicable), and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Designated Hospitals. Hang Seng and the Designated Hospitals reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In relation to “Offer 2” and/or +FUN Dollars matters (including but not limited to redemption eligibility, calculation of the Monthly Cap, whether a redemption is successful, and the awarding and posting of the Extra Reward), the Bank’s records shall prevail. Save as aforesaid, in case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the designated hospitals shall be final.
No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, except that the relevant Designated Hospital(s) may enforce and enjoy the benefit of Clauses 14, 15 and 16.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Terms and Conditions for Designated Packages/Products of St. Teresa’s Hospital

Advance booking is required for all health check packages.
“Offer 2” does not apply to services provided by the Chinese Medicine Centre.
Cardiac Health Screening Package: Customers are required to undergo an assessment by a Cardiology Specialist first. The assessment fee is HKD280. The Cardiology Specialist will make the final decision based on the customer’s health condition, medical history, and clinical needs. If the customer is assessed to be suitable, he/she may undergo a CT Cardiac Scan at a preferential price of HKD5,700. If, after assessment, the doctor considers that the customer is not suitable for the relevant examination, the Hospital reserves the right to recommend changing, postponing, or cancelling the examination arrangement.
Cognitive Health Screening Programme: Customers are required to undergo an assessment by a Neurology Specialist first. The assessment fee is HKD280. The Neurology Specialist will make the final decision based on the customer’s health condition, medical history, and clinical needs. If the customer is assessed to be suitable, he/she may undergo the Alzheimer’s Disease Screening Programme at a preferential price of HKD9,700, or the Comprehensive Cognitive Impairment Screening Programme at a preferential price of HKD14,500. If, after assessment, the doctor considers that the customer is not suitable for the relevant examination, the Hospital reserves the right to recommend changing, postponing, or cancelling the examination arrangement.

Terms and Conditions for Designated Packages/Products of Union Hospital
Reports will be available 7 to 10 working days after check-up. All check-up items should be completed within three months of the first visit. No refund will be issued, if they are not completed by the deadline. Healthcheck packages are not applicable to in-patient service. The above items are not subject to any modifications, cancellations or refunds.
