Logon to Hang Seng Mobile App and select "Cards" > "My Credit Cards" from the left-hand menu. Under "Recent Transactions", select the transaction and tap "Split your payment".

Enter "Spending & Purchase Instalments" page and add other transactions to convert into instalments, then select a repayment period.

- The 0.16% monthly handling fee is applicable to selected Cardmembers and is for reference only. With a loan amount of HKD200,000 and calculated based on 60 months repayment period, the APR is 3.73% . The handling fee and APR may differ based on individual Cardmember eligibility and final approved instalment amount. APR is a reference rate that reflects the fees and charges of respective product as an annualised rate. Please log on to Hang Seng Mobile App or Personal e-Banking, or call our Hotline (852) 2998 6868 to check your personalised monthly handling fee.
- Applications submitted via Hang Seng Mobile App, Personal e-Banking or our Hotline are subject to a minimum instalment application amount of HKD800 and a minimum repayment period of 3 months.
- Please submit your application before your credit card statement due date.
Under normal circumstances, you'll receive the approval result instantly.
If you submit your application during the following periods, the approved amount may be disbursed into your credit card account by the next calendar day :
- Mon to Fri: 12:00a.m. to 7:00a.m.
