General Terms and Conditions:

The promotion period is from 15 to 28 November 2023 ("Promotion Period").
To enjoy the offers, customer must settle the payment with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card, but excluding Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card and Private Label Cards (“Eligible Credit Card”).
Unless otherwise specified, Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products.
All products, services and information related to the promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by YATA Limited ("Merchant") who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities. Images are for reference only. All items information, selling price and inventory are subject to in-store display.
No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The promotion is governed by these Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant.
Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to vary or terminate the above offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Specific Terms and Conditions for Up to HKD200 YATA Cash Coupon ("Offer 1"):

Customers can redeem HKD50 YATA Cash Coupon ("Cash Coupon") upon accumulative net spending of every HKD1,200 (based on same day of purchase) and presentation of same store’s machine-printed sales invoice, card sales slips and the Eligible Credit Card (presented physically or via his/her mobile device) at the corresponding redemption counter at YATA Stores (except KONBINI) on the same day. Expired sales slips are invalid.
Up to HKD200 Cash Coupon can be redeemed in maximum for each Eligible Credit Card per day on 15 to 21 November, whilst up to HKD100 Cash Coupon can be redeemed in maximum for each card per day on 22 to 28 November, 2023.
All transactions will be calculated on net value, the deducted Cash Coupon, selected items and Hang Seng Credit Card +FUN Dollars transactions will be excluded.
HKD50 Cash Coupon quota is 40,000pcs during the Promotion Period. Limited daily quantity of Cash Coupon for each store and the coupon is subject to a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts. Please refer to the redemption counters for more details. To enjoy the offers, customers are required to spend with the same Eligible Credit Card at the same store on the same day and present the Eligible Credit Card (presented physically or via his/her mobile device), machine-printed sales invoice and card sales slips for redemption on the same day of purchase, expired sales slips are invalid.
