General Terms and Conditions:

The promotion period is from 23 November – 6 December 2022 ("Promotion Period").
To enjoy the Offers, customers must settle the payment with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card (‘Eligible Credit Card") to enjoy the corresponding offers.
Unless otherwise specified, Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products.
All products, services and information related to the promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by YATA Limited ("Merchant") who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The promotion is governed by these Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant.
Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to vary or terminate the above offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Specific Terms and Conditions for Extra 5% off Selected Items ("Offer 1"):

Offer 1 is only applicable to selected items in YATA Stores.
Selected items are available while stocks last.

Specific Terms and Conditions for Up to HKD250 YATA Cash Coupon ("Offer 2"):

Customers can redeem HKD50 YATA Cash Coupon ("Cash Coupon") upon accumulative net spending of every HKD1,200 (based on same day of purchase) and presentation of same store’s machine-printed sales invoice, card sales slips and the Eligible Credit Card (presented physically or via his/her mobile device) at the corresponding redemption counter at YATA Stores (except KONBINI) on the same day. Expired sales slips are invalid.
Up to HKD250 Cash Coupon/ Up to HKD100 Cash Coupon can be redeemed in maximum for each card per day on 23 – 29 November 2022 and 30 November – 6 December 2022 respectively.
All transactions will be calculated on net value, the deducted Hang Seng Credit Card Cash Dollars will be excluded. Not applicable to purchase of Cash Coupon and selected items.
All Cash Coupons are on a first-come-first-served basis. Limited daily quantity for each store and available while stock lasts. 40,000 pcs of HKD50 Cash Coupon are available during the Promotion Period.
